My parents made - Dahi vade, gijiya, malpua, aloo-jackfruit sabzi...

ohh for sure Rani 😃 on Holi Day we generally make non veg so mom have made biryaani 😛

y day for Holika puja the menu was Pooran poli n katachi amati its world famous Maharashtrian combo 😳

Thanks for sharing your Holi menu😃 I didn't know you were non-veg, Biryaani sounds great😃 I have never tried Maharashtrian food. There is no where to get it from. We don't have any Maharashtrian restaurants here and I don't know how to make them.

I guess I will have to travel to to Mumbai to enjoy that cuisine😊

Actually i m done with fever Rani .. but now some other problem have occurred... Yep hopefully tomorrow m doing to meet another doc 😊

Yum, I haven't have Jack fruit Sabji in the longest time, it's my most fav Sabji with Kachories😃😃😃 Rest of your parents menu is same as my parents. My mom also made Gujhiya, Dahi Bade, Kachories, Chole, etc😛😛😛

Oops... i forgot to add that we also had Hing kachori... it tastes best with jackfruit sabzi or chicken/mutton

Good that you are changing your doctor as this one doesn't seem to catch the real problem with your sickness. Hope you feel better soon, It sucks to be sick specially on festivals
