Me trying too.. Realized more so after round of cricket yday

But its so difficult. Especially with all the parties and camping we have. Its so much to keep control. But so far have done wonderful job 👏 and am surprised at myself for my determination.

Only cheated once and that too was a small piece of cake from my daughters party.

I know it is so difficult. Easy to gain, difficult to lose..

I cut down on diet but then on weekends when we are out, end of eating weight gaining stuff ..
Need to get back to some serious exercising on top of dieting as well..
