We stopped having oily food.We dont eat rice anymore.Just when relatives come we cook rice otherwise rotis n toasts.

Wow you guys are really practicing healthy eating these days. I try to avoid eating rice as well, but kabhi kabhi kha leti hoon gravy wali curry ke saath😳😳😳

Mera Ishara soya chunks se bhi zyada heavy hai isiliye easily hazam nahi hota hai 🤣
