Same here never kept any fast i tried it for shivratri one's but failed...felt more hungry on that day than usual 😆

I always feel most hungry the day I am supposed to keep fast and crave for such food that day which I normally wouldn't even look at😆😆😆 that's why I give in and just eat and then I regret ki thoda toh will power rahana chahiye insaan mein😆

Where does he get the energy from??? I mean if he doesn't eat or sleep much, how does he stay energetic?? Is he always cranky or pleasant person to be around???

i have no will power where food is concerned😆 i keep the fast so that i dont have to cook for myself...whtever I make for him I have
