@bold,yep its a luto trend😆 now a days in every clg,its there in my clg too,we hv to pay 150 for fail n 200 for being absent on xam day,bechare students ki toh waat laga rakhi hai

ahh we didnt had fine for failing in xam,,,,but had 100rs fine if absent,,,,,,,,,,,,,but we didnt used to pay fine😆
