Is it right to bash Kunal ?

as viewers ...if we have the right to love a character soo much ...then we have full rights to bash him too if his character is being completly ruined ...nd dats wats happening in kunal's case too ...i was a huge kunal fan until last week ...but the moment i saw kunal having no issues with wicha freely loitering in his house nd even worse enetering his bedroom every now and then at her own will as if its her private territory ...i couldnt take it any more ...dat was the end of kunal for me ...loving a character doesnt mean dat ur overlook his/her flaws ..nd become so blind in his love dat u cant differenate between right nd wrong ...

the same thing is applicable for siddhi too...i also dont support watever so called scarifes she has done ...the blunders she has commited by agreeging to wicha 's demands ..nd ruining her life like this ...wen she shuld have confided in kunal nd told him everything ...shez at fault too...

but for me kunal is more at fault ,...

nd the worse is yet to come ...him agreeging to marru wicha on his mother;s insistence ...

this can never ever be justified ...

no matter how much ever is hurt by siddhi's behavour ..but him marrying wicha watever the reason be ...can never ever be acceptable ...

as it is kunal's character is over for most of us ...but after this marraige ..there will surely be no scope of him ever returing bak...

well I think we all take the characters seriously, and when what we want is not happening we take out our disappointment/frustration etc but the actors/characters do what the CVs make them do. for some time i have felt that more than character bashing it was being taken to another level😆 it was more personal😆

anyways hope now all that will stop coz kunal will be a single parent.😃

Agree. Criticism of characters and all is just a regular process. When we feel something did not take place as we wish, we go nuts if that comes form a personality we like so much.

But lately it has gone to another level. It seemed as if people are not bashing CVs indirectly, but the character himself was being bashed. Well they can very easily be manipulated by CVs. So while we are criticizing specific behavior, we should try to put it in ways it is clear who is to blame. I do feel sorry for KC as just in 1 second, CVs killed his dignity and if that wasn't enough; all the hate messages form us. I know everyone is upset. For me, angry, disappointed, disgusted doesn't even began what they are doing with KC, so my frustration is directly on CVs and I refuse to accept this is same KC we all admire.

Just my POV. But I don't feel it's right to bash any characters (I'm sure I too am guilty of it), criticism is always needed as that's how we can discuss. So must keep up healthy criticism.

Bashing: Character bashing is going on petty much since beginning, first it was Richa (still going on) then it was Siddhi and Now Kunal and Chopras. So not sure why people are making it a big deal Now...

TRPs: Everyone has their own views of low TRPs, some feel tired of watching the inconsistent characters, Mona Wasu's exit, Bloopers, same plots etc...

Over Reaction: Not sure what is over reaction, criticizing or not taking criticism

When we talk about Kunal, it means the character Kunal chopra created by the cvs and not Sameer Soni. Most of us are Sameer's fans and just frustrated at the way his character is being portrayed. When the character is created by the cvs, what ever we say about the character, good or bad, is meant for the cvs and not Sameer. Most of us being Keerthi's fans have also said things about Siddhi which are meant to criticize the cvs and not Keerthi.

I don't think in the current scenario Kunal is giving much to praise about himself. Of course Samir is doing a good job but Kunal himself is not likable as he starts being nice to Richa and allows other characters to bash Siddhi who is his wife and mother of his children. So, as long as Kunal's character is being butchered, it only makes sense to show our disappointment towards the cvs by criticizing Kunal.. nothing wrong in that!

I have officially left the forum but i came in to peek & couldn't help myself from commenting on this thread.

Like every one has already mentioned it is not the actor we are pointing fingers at it is the character which was etched by the Makers, we do not have any other mode of outlet to let the makers know their inefficiency, which they are bringing in the characters of the show. hence point the mistakes which the fictional character is doing.

Minnie One more thing, this is not a personal dig at you but the attitude which is clearly visible from your post. Many times you have taken personal digs at KN not even the character siddhi. Few days ago there was a post made by you where KN was rudely insulted for no reason & making this post looks pretty rich coming from the same person i feel. some of our forum friends had made a post off late saying that if there is nothing good to say about someone or the show its better not to say anything. which is a very wise thought & similar to it if someone is dishing out something bad then they should be able to take it with a pinch of salt. isn't it?

Minnie- the only thing that came to my mind after reading your post: "900 chuhe kha ke billi haj ko chali". Yeh post banaya jab forum poora 2 hisso mein bata hain.

Ap ko ag mein ghee dalne mein maza ata hain kya?
