hey guyz , i am really loving the brainy nd gold medalist kunal chopra ..which we are getting to see these days ..also liking the way kunal is dealing with the case ..nd making intellgent moves ..but yesterday i quiet dint like the way he was asking the security guard to be his witness in the case ...i know dat kunal doesnt have any solid proofs as such to prove himself nd siddhi totally innocent ... but the security guard as witness dint appeal to me much...maybe i am reacting to early nd maybe this ll actually prove to be beneficial for kunal..but i was expecting kunal to a bit more investigation ..rather dan asking dat guard to come as a witness..mostly it seems the guard is gonna give a false testimony, coz thakraal mite bribe him after getting the pics sent by rohit..

things are gonna be vry complicated ..but surely kunal will emerge victorious...hoping its fully coz of his sheer intellegence nd master mind plans nd not coz of intervention of FATE again...

Tanya, this SG is not going to provide anything useful for kunal.. Rohit has already informed thakral about him, so, he will be either stopped from coming to court or change his statement against kunal. Thakral is definitely going to have an upper hand this time around atleast till break time of the court session. If anything conducive to kunal happens, has to happen after break time like last time when he used his brains to save siddhi. We need to wait for a long time before anything substantial comes into kunal's hands. First of all, he needs to know that rohit is alive or else, no matter what witness or proof he tries to produce, rohit is going to tamper with it😡

I didn't find Kunal's investigation so bad because he needs time to look into the situation of Rohit having an arguement with someone. He needs time to find out who this somebody is but Kunal's main problem is that time is not on his side. Bribing the secuirty guard could be a possiblity as Takkral now has photos of Kunal talking to the guard. Lets see if Kunal gets anymore time to investigate.

I also didnt like it.Hw can he turn the base of a murder case on the basis of a security guard as a witness who can turn hostile any time as he was denying at first.

The problem is that the CV's are used to a certain way of thinking and its being very hard to get them to discard it.When it comes to the leads of the show they have to show them slightly less intelligent than the villains , else how are they going to showing the saving hand of fate and play all those mantras.😡

We have Thakral produce legal documents and approvals for everything and Kunal who goes round either 'Aye'ing everyone or threatening .

What steps did Kunal take to ensure the his witness won't be compromised, hurt or stopped from attending court?😡

Well on thing to start with, Kunal doesn't have much of a case. So he is going to follow any stupid lead he can get. Of course his approach with SG wasn't ideal but Kunal really doesn't have much to offer.

Thakral got court paper to question kids as there are specific protocol to question kids. But what kind of paper can Kunal really present? Thakral can even use his power and money to get witnesses. Well Kunal doesn't have money or devious power like Thakral so he has to use what he has; his attitude and threats emerging from desperation.

Two thing against Kunal is time & fact that Rohit is alive. The way case was presented, it appears that Siddhi did commit accident (well I still have doubts about CCTV footage, as did it show whether the guy was standing or body was on road) and Thakral is making every attempt to do things very fast, not giving Kunal time to do anything at all. Second Rohit being alive. We know that Rohit was keeping an eye on SINAL for some time, may be cooking up this plan. He knew about Siddhi's B'day celebration; fact that Siddhi was pregnant. So it is obvious even now he is going to keep an eye on them gaining upper hand. As far as Kunal is concerned, and even Thakral believes that so never in their dream they would imagine someone looking over him.

With SG's testimony that Rohit had fight with someone, Kunal wants to buy time and see if that person may be behind murder, that is valid point.

Besides usually lawyers get private investigators to do investigation. I know few criminal attorney who says they ahve contract with them. Even Kunal hired an investigator to find out about EMA of client's husband. But here he deosn't have money😭 to hire one.

But always tv shows have to portray villians a step ahead and later protagonists can get upper hand. because if protagonists are smart all the time, they would never get in any trouble so no drama😆

Agree with you here:

@ green - there was no need for Kunal to threaten the guard. If Siddhi was there she would have stopped him. She knows how to control him. Maybe that's what the cvs are trying to show, that Sinal need to be together to solve this case. I know that Kunal has told Siddhi to stay a way but I have a feeling that there will be a point in this case soon where he will need Siddhi's help. I guess if Siddhi was asking the guard the those questions the whole senario would have been different. I think the CVs want to show Kunal to taking control and Siddhi to support him in the case.

@ red - Kunal hasn't thought about that. I mean after he left the hotel, bashed his car into Rohit's bike and went home and there was another problem facing him - Siddhi's stomach pain and forgetting to take her to the doctor. Through all of this Kunal may have forgotten to cover his tracks and protect his witness or was this a blooper on the CVs part? Maybe the CVs want to lengthen the case and add twists and turns. They might show Kunal thinking about the witness's protection and compromise of evidence by Takkral at the last minute and rushing to court to meet the witness today. As this has been done before.

I'm finding that the senarios are becoming repetitve in the court cases

@red - I too am afraid since Rohit is double crossing Witcha; she's gonna just blabber all anout Rohit being alive. I don't mind if Kunal tricks her into saying this the way he shocked everyone with taking the blame and Witcha reacted pretty bad then. but it would be pretty disappointing seeing her just shout it out in open curt room to save Kunalll

A better option could be someone else fighting the case or even better Kunal and Siddhi working together on the case and finding out the truth together and put the Takkrals on the firing line! Dhissom Dhissom! 😆 Get Takkral debarred and put the Takkral kids into Jail without release for a false accusation and fake evidence and to pevert the cause of justice. So there is no way for them to get out! Or the other way is to get them killed for real but I wouldn't go for that idea as this will mean sepreration for our love birds Sinal.😭

What is this Judge going to do? He's acting dumb or what? I know that this case has nothing to do with the rape case but the same players are playing part in this case, shouldn't this cast a doubt in the Judge's mind? It would cast a doubt in my mind if I were in his seat. Plus there is no circumstantial evidence and I don't even want to go there!

Is Takkral going to base his evidence on past cases? This will still not prove Kunal's guilt. Kunal should fling any evidence filed by Takkral back on this face and say that was he's showing is false but I have a feeling that like in the other case Ritcha will prove Kunal's innocence and go against Rohit like Rohit did in the Rape case. Come on CVs come up with new ideas! This revenge they are having with each other will be childish.
