The court room proceedings were decent. Both parties did their research so far. Kunal didn't have much to go on, but he still raised valid arguments against proofs presented by Thakral. There can be no arguments against Forensic report as what can you say? but what I don't understand is why Kunal didn't question the police officer? Yes Thakral edited the CD that Siddhi's threat was just to Rohit and there was no mention of Vira. Any lawyer would do that. Also Siddhi did threaten Rohit in police station, not a smart thing to do. So yes Siddhi did threaten Rohit more than once and case against Vikram also suggest an intent. So I guess there was no point of questioning police inspector as it was clear that Siddhi made all the threat and inspector was indeed telling the truth. Even Vikram remembered Siddhi threatening Rohit in police station. Also even Vikram's case was in favor of Rohit so far.

But I feel Kunal is holding something back. Even though judge said he's going give his verdict, i feel there is something more. According to new promo, Kunal is willing to take Siddhi's blame, but that just doesn't fit here. I don't think we saw the accident footage clearly. So how can Kunal take blame if he was no way near the place and Siddhi is the one who made all the threats. Even the pre-cap suggest Kunal has some idea in his mind. May be Vikram went ahead and told everything to Kunal? I hope so.

Siddhi-Richa confrontation was good as well. First time Richa acted normal and didn't bend every time she uttered a word. But I tell you, this new Richa seems complete psycho. I say she does full justice to word "Witcha".

Jay, Kunal can still take blame , so what if Siddhi threatened the actual deed was performed by Kunal, he master minded the plot.He can say that and its plausible too!!

I am hoping to see Kunal play a game!
