Well as per the written promo Siddhi gets arrested 😭, but its not clear whether she knows she caused injury or not.So how do you think the CV's are going to proceed with this will it be a murder case or a hit an run case?😕

If they show a hit and run scenario she can be booked under:

IPC 279 -rash driving or IPC338 - Causing grievous hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others

and

IPC-304A -Causing death by negligence.In addition they can have Motor vehicles act of 134(A) or 134(B) which deals with providing information to the police after accident occured. Now if this is the case max punishment is 2 yeras with or without fine and its a bailable offence.

If they have murder on cards then the following acts can come into play:

IPC 299 -Culpable homicide

IPC 304(part 1 or part 2)-Punishment for culpable homicide not amounting to murder, both which can have imprisonment upto 10 years or life with or without fine and its a non bailable offence.

IPC 300-Murder , non bailable.

Now a normal hit and run case wont be all that interesting right😉, especially if Thakrals have to come into play?

So I am guessing initially she might be accused of hit-and-run and later in the court Thakral will ask that she booked for culpable homicide(299) or culpable homicide not amounting to murder(304) or even murder(300). Also if there is a death involved then it will definitely be of someone who is known to Siddhi and for which a motive can be formulated.Then the question arises who will it be Richa , Rohit ,or Aksha?It has be someone known else the situation wont get grave and Kunal Chopra wont shine enough.😆😆😆

I hope for starters they get the act numbers right , not like last time where last time Siddhi heard IPC 511 and thought attempt to rape ,when 511 is more of a generic act it mean 'attempt to' it has to be combined with another act to mean anything!!!😡

Another thing they should deal with is to show sensible stuff , forensics- investigative and medical should all be considered and given due credit!

i think they may show someone injured, then the person may be shown dead in hospital. as per tc its a murder mystery and i feel something drastic like murder will be a much more hyped/big court case compared to a injury one.

I feel rohit and witcha have joined hands maybe and they have come up with the fake drama.

Dont know how the will proceed, but somewhere siddhi slapping and threatening rohit yesterday has to come into play, they will say in court siddhi attacked/killed rohit bec of his issues with siddhi;s SIL and vikram.

The only thing i fear is kunal striking a deal with witcha to get siddhi our of jail if he div siddhi and comes back to her. That will be ridiclous and we never wanted that with the molesation case also.

want to see kunal fighting the case, prove siddhi innocent etc

this track has a lot of potential if handled well

want to see a logical, sensible and entertaining court case and hopefully that will benefit trps too, bec i believe makers know that court cases bring good trps for the show. thats they main aim behind introducing the track

it would be a fake case for sure bt i really hope kunal succeeds in defending his wife and wins the case .i hope kunal kunal does'nt strike a deal with richa to save his wife that would be really ridiculous...i mean kunal is supposed to be a gold medalist cant he defend his wife in a case n that too a fake case...i really hope it does'nt go typical EK way where the husband is nt able to save his wifew strikes a deal with the vamp n the story takes a leap of 5-6 year n den the crap goes on

Chitraa - Congrats on doing such a deep study on our law system, Not sure if ever studied law or not but if not then you should be in the research team of EK. Atleast all the viewers will be saved from all the headaches that she gives to the public. And her shows will be high on TRP.

Your work is worth a fortune but the million dollar question - will this bring CVS out of hibernation?😡
