Allow me to play the devil's advocate
I did think Kunal was a bit wrong or rather hasty in declaring and almost certifying that Gaurav can never cheat on his wife and kids. He should have heard Siddhi out before saying she was wrong and even apologising on her behalf. It is possible that Siddhi produces some usless proof but it is important that kunal listens to her before coming to a conclusion.
Didn't it cross his mind that Siddhi has never tried to slander anyone like this earlier.. Even when she was jealous about Kunal-Richa's supposed closeness her outburst was in private and never in fromt of others.
On the issue of taking a pic; would have been a sensible thing to do. But come on she just saw her brother-in-law being intimate with another girl... would have been shocked by it... how many people would have instantly clicked a pic.
