Though I do want to add that during the confession when he himself was speaking I thought he was good and delivered his lines in a good understated way.

Exactly! You can tell the difference in a scene when the actors have shot together as opposed to when they use body doubles, single frame shots etc. I'm thankful that atleast the leads are shooting together, I've watched a show where the leads only shot with body doubles and that really wasn't a fun watching experience so thank God for these little mercies!

His dialogue delivery was alright but he seemed dead tired throughout the scene.

Does anyone know if Sameer is actually busy shooting for something else or doing some movie or going on a holiday or something? Because its weird how all of a sudden all the other cast members have the time to shoot together but he doesn't...😕

Well said Fari,!!!The dialogue was totally out of place a white faced lie to say the least. And yea Sameer did look like he was bored inside , the part where she talks about C-nite I thought maybe there would be some reaction, he looked like how he would look at the auto wallah to quote the price after looking athe meter.
And then he comes outside and goes OTT with his hugging and concern.
It was definitely an off day for Sameer, maybe he is getting bored with the exorbitant drama like us, after he is reputed to be sensible right!!!😃

I liked the fact that she vented and he let her. It was important for him to hear her side. But emote better while hearing her, dammit.😡 When she said all the stuff about Anand, no reaction😕 The guy who tormented you all this while

Yes Annie, her lines, all of them could have been woven in after he'd said his bit, i'm sure of that. Besides, didn't he go to Ujjain to lay his heart bare? So why show him chickening out? The way they showed it, it looked like he waited to make sure of her feelings before opening his mouth. How romantic & brave of him😡

The only saving grace in the episode was in the way he puts Kapil's & the other's minds at rest about the divorce. Without any loud proclamations of love, he does, subtly tell them that there is love b/w him & Siddhi & thus there wont be a divorce. Thank the heavens for this small mercy, for otherwise, there would have been blood on the forum today... all my doing😛😡

well i agree to some extend n disagree too...
its very different when a women gets married n man...especially when the women was in love with someone else but marrying another man...worst of all if its her love elder brother...if we see the entire journey of SiNal...i agree siddhi married kunal bcz of anand...n it was a compromise for her since she hated kunal to the core...but then she was the first one who took the baby step to accept kunal as her husband...remember the blanket scenes after kunal shows richa the way out of his house...that was the very first step that made her accept kunal as her husband...slowly slowly through her twisted words she makes kunal realise his reponsiblities...thats the right n duty of every wife...n then she became to realise kunal's heart which is pure n divine...thats when she began to fall in love with him completely n kunal overpower her heart completely where there is no more of anand existence though yes he will be always special for her...
what siddhi say in the confession was not wrong...she was right...but it took a long time...its not easy to bring love in a compromise marriage...SiNal are lucky their marriage work...in certain cases..such marriages ends up in divorce...when a women is married...its only her husband is her love...husband...life...everything...
if u understand the hidden meaning of the dialogues...u will know what she means...its looks very simple words she utters...but then if u match it with SiNal's journey...whatever she told was the truth...
now for sammy's expression...well i agree...he looks tired and above all not enough sleep...that was so visible in the spa launch pics when he looks so tired n exhausted posing pics with neelam...if given a chair he would have doze off any moment...
but then i guess the scenes was more for him to just listen to siddhi's outburst...n just feel regretful...even if she utters the word that she loves him...bcz he knows siddhi loves him...but he was not confirm since somewhere deep down anand factor was still living in him...i am happy siddhi cleared all MU...but yes sammy was tired...actually exhausted...
but when he started to confess his feelings for siddhi...with that passionate voice n beautiful expressive eyes that only had love for her...it was mesmerising that really touched my heart...the anger he had when siddhi pulls her MS off n place it on his hand...he confess to her how much he loves her...n re-married her...the kiss n hugs...everything was perfect...way better than holi confession in my eyes...at least here he was not drunk...he was sober
it was a perfect confession for me in the sense of a married couple...for the first time in indian television there is love confession between a married couple n SiNal were the first one to set the trend...normally in EK shows love confessions are only shown for couples who are unmarried...those couples who are married...just shouts their lungs out n the couples consumate n in the past shows of EK there was no confession at all between the leads...SiNal the first couple who had 2 love confessions...Kunal the first hero who confess his love thrice...
they are a married couple...we can't expect them to have a intense confession...if they are unmarried its their first feel of love...its very normal to have an intense confession...but SiNal are married...they have already consumated their marriage...so keeping that on mind...the confession was very simple n sweet...yet very passionate in its own way...it was not over the top...keeping SiNal characters on mind...they made such beautiful scenes...each n every dialogue of SiNal during the confession was meaningful...it signifies the pure n divine bond of their relationship after marriage...
i have seen many confessions...but then 3 confessions of the lead couples really touched my heart because of their meaning dialogues n no over the top performance or scenes...
Prem-Heer
Anurag-Taani
Kunal-Siddhi
these 3 couples dialogues have very meaningful words that reminds us their journey of love...n of course simple n sweet...no over the top...it become my eternal personal fav...
can EK pls fire the editing team...seriously they did a very bad editing even in the confession scenes...i felt like murdering her editiing team...the scenes was beautiful but their editing ruin the scenes for sure...some of u thought that sammy did not give the exact expression...why blame sammy when those editing jerks ruined completely for us...they have shot a whole stretch of scenes n retakes have been given for sure since the dialogues are beautiful n powerful...those idiots took those scenes which is less powerful n edit it...all the good scenes they edit...they did the same for consumation scenes too...they should rot in hell...i can do better editing than them...jerks...😡😡😡😡😡

@Bold Oh No looks like there is another debate in the making here 😉 Uff I really did not want to get into this today and was prepared to overlook all the crappy stuff in yesterdays epi and just focus on the good points. But here I am all ready to defend Kunal (not Sameer mind you, the deficiencies in his acting yesterday I agree with). I have a longish meeting coming up in 15 minutes so won't start right now.😆 See you on the flip side in about 3 hours if you care to hear my POV😉

You may certainly state your piece, whenever you have time, but my own heart isn't quite in debating my POV. Something tells me that the impending episodes might just make yesterday appear as wholesome as apple pie🤢 so why bother

<font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif" size="2">Really?? Is that what I have been watching since Anand died
& they got married? I thought
she couldn't stand the sight of Kunal at the time, she forced herself to marry
him for the love of Anand & for his mother. I could have sworn she looked
daggers at him when he applied the sindoor, she dragged her feet while taking
the pheras. She even had to be reminded by Seema, that whether she liked it or
not, she was married to Kunal. She didn't even want to do the karvachaut
ritual. Yes, she gave the marriage all she had, but that initially was, more
out of a sense of responsibility
than some pledge she'd made to herself to love & honor her husband &
embrace her new life. It was never
her intention to make him, her sab kuch, in life.
</font>

<font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif" size="2">Every little shared moment since then,
every BG song clearly articulated that love had come to her softly &
slowly., when she least expected it. Then why this completely out of place
dialogue!? Which dimwitted creative head allowed such unthoughtfulness that it
belied Kunal & Siddhi's entire journey, changed the very crux of the story!
</font>

<font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif" size="2">And which knuckleheaded director didn't insist on a retake
& allowed the usually 10 expressions a minute Samir Soni to go through the
scenes with that dead pan look on his face? She said she loved him, where was the shock, surprise, relief, pleasure...anything? on his face?!! For crikes sake, the promo was a
lot more emotive than the actual episode! He looked younger, more spruced up,
not so tired & yes more in love! What happened? Throughout the episode, he looked
tired & bored, like he'd rather be someplace else, maybe he was getting
late for some spa opening!😡</font>

<font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif" size="2"></font>

<font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif" size="2">There were other massive tech. oversights & bloopers
through this very important episode but, Im going to save myself the bother of
ranting, bcz it doesn't serve any purpose. The blighted confession happened,
that's all that matters to the mass audience. Details? What's that?! That's
only something you learn about in school'. that is, if one is lucky enough to
get a decent education.</font>

<font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif" size="2">Oh, I know, Im not supposed to think while watching EK's
shows, hard as I may try to suspend my brain activity, there is no stopping the
message from the eyes reaching the upper story. What to do? I seem to have an IQ slightly
over that of room temperature.</font>

<font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif" size="2"></font>

<font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif" size="2">As for me, Im attempting to put the episode out of my head,
by rewinding to the yet unmatched Holi confession. </font>

<font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif" size="2"></font>

<font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif" size="2"></font>

<font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif" size="2"></font>

<font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif" size="2"></font>

Very nicely put!!! Why can't ektabuse some other new creative heads who make her do new storylines. She has been experimenting in movies now as well as he other serial.

Please sameer if u read This put your foot down for more intelligent scripts.

Bless your heart for saying this. That's exactly what I was thinking also. With all the crap coming our way, why bother. That's why I was so listless in my criticism of yesterday.🤢

My piece is very simple (meeting pushed by 5 mins so here goes😆). I don't think Kunal was scared or waiting for her to confess per se. He wanted to speak but she was so hyper, she pushed him away every time he tried. So he just let her be and speak her heart out. And I liked that because it was necessary for him to listen to her side as well. I liked that he gave her space to be angry and say whatever she wanted to. It is great to have a partner who will let you be angry when you need to without any implications afterwards. Because if he had also started speaking it would have descended into the shouting match from hell. What good would that do?

I had also said this in defence of Siddhi's silence during the Feb ME. What's the point of two people talking at once? But after she was done he spoke his part simply and strongly. I liked that too.

What I did not like was how he didn't react to two important things she said about the C-night and about Anand? I mean hello? Are you awake Mr. Chopra?😡 Or rather Mr. Soni?😡

I am done. Shall we say case closed.😉 And both parties agree to stand by their POV. And I will soon give you a nice VM on tere bina zindagi se to seal this deal 🤗
