Probably becoz Kunal does not call or SMS her during these days.. She assumes he does not care for her...and says those lines when she sees him???

guyz if vira arrives there the one they showed may be rohit. if not then chor n kept fire n kunal comes to save sita maiyya frm agnipravesh 😆
