I hope Veena stops talking about Anand . Show spoiler.! The mention of his name to SINAL, makes them look very guilty, as if their happiness is short lived.

Even Anand has moved to another show, UTTARAN. So let it go Veena. Hope the doctors give her some medication and puts her to long long sleep.
