I don't know about you, but I came away from the episode yesterday, intensely frustrated. A quick look around the forum showed me, I wasn't alone, there was gloom, worry & anger all around. Some were heart broken that Kunal had been shot, Siddhi's fans were worried that she might be pregnant & loose the baby, some others, like me were simply mad at being left hanging, not knowing the outcome.

And then it occurred to me…… this is the recipe for a successful soap opera! The episode ended with a promise of more to come….

As much as I abuse & ridicule the writers, for the trite & inane stuff that they regularly churn out, I'll give these devils their dues. A soap opera is one of the most narratively complex forms of TV genres in which events of everyday life are elevated to a dramatic or operatic form. Constant changes & internal adjustments are a part of soapdom, & a good writer is well aware of the close & personal relationship that the viewers share with their favorite characters.

Keeping within these parameters, the episode yesterday, cut across social & demographic barriers, reached out to all of us, wrenched our guts out & left us breathless & panting for more. That is no mean feat👏

It is believed that, soap opera viewers are the most vocal & loyal amongst all TV audiences. Well, that explains why we all are still here, despite all the bloopers, costume disasters, editing glitches & countless other intensely annoying happenings.

Mission accomplished⭐️

Well said Fariyal , to add on to it , its a daily soap not one that airs for 50 minutes every week for like 12 weeks a year. So managing to keep the interest intact for years is a hard task.
The bloopers are omnipresent in any show, yes it does sometimes exceed the threshold limits here but most of them are in the technical department or like dealing with sequences that are not about the emotional drama. But the main USP of these shows are how the emotions are handled , that the Cv's do well.Very rarely do we complain about a a SINAL scene and like you said we fogive everything else and come back for it.
Fine the show takes care about its technical bloopers , takes care of lack of logic(court case, kidnapping) but will just this ensure we get connected to SINAL as we are now.I dont think so.So yes the credit does go to the writesr for shaping up wonderful sizzling characters that we adore so much so that their problems affect us , they happiness makes us smile not just during the show but later we do think about those moments and smile or get upset dont we? Yesterdays last segment upset all of us for various reasons , but like you said Fariyal , that credit is due to the CV's, they got to us and we are going to tune in today to know SINAL's fate.
But having said that Parichay cast and crew, I am not going to refrain from pointing out the bloopers, inconsistencies and some times brutal murder of logic you guys engage in because I hope you guys one day sit up take notice and correct those for the simple reason that it will just make the show more beautiful!!!😃

Rightly put Fari👏 I like to call what the CVs are doing the "keep viewers tuning in" algorithm. Every episode has to be a cliffhanger some more dramatic (like yesterday) than others, but everything has to end on a note which leaves viewers clamoring for more. And for that EK Cvs are famous at doing a great job ... so definitely credit where credit is due 👏

@Chitsss, some episodes are just so bad, that it is only the bloopers & almost farcical content that ensures that I stick around😉 A show should entertain in any which way, right?😛 Long live bloopers😆

👏👏Fari- well deserved analysis - I was kind of confused as to the response of the forum - Did we not know that Kunal was going to be the one who will be injured- We had a TC article on it and still all of us were so down -
But again that is MISSION INCOMPLISHED from CV point of view-👏- Applause for your post
