I am quite positive. I don't think anyone will get shot. Its probably an April fool's joke to make us all nervous and imagine the worst.
Lets for curiosity sake imagine the worst.
Assumptioon 1 - Kunal gets shot seriously
I cannot imagine, Rohit will flee from the scene. He will make sure he gets the CD and he will shoot Siddhi too , to remove all evidence. Too bad, Kunal got shot accidentally.
After this, there is no way, he is going to leave Siddhijust there, knowing she will avenge him later. He will shoot her as well. Ensure both of them (sinal) will be shot dead and take the CD. Job done. All evidence and traces removed. Thakrals wins. But we know this will not happen
Assumption 2: If Siddhi gets shot.
This will never happen. Who's gonna fight the case for Kunal. They need her. If Siddhi gets shot, Kunal he will not spare rohit. Hey wait a minute. ! But who's got the gun and the upper hand here.. Even before he makes a step, Rohit will shoot Kunal too. Rohit is so scared of Kunal and he knows Kunal will kill him as he (kunal) does not care about the CD, his freedom, or himself. The only thing that matters to him is Siddhi as he so smitten with her.He will not let anything happens to her and kill that person who has hurt her. Hence, Rohit has no choice but will kill both of them. But we all know this will not happen.
Law of Probability - this could happen - if there is another copy of the CD.
Ok, lets assume another worst scenerio. So he shot Kunal. He will still take the CD and leave Siddhi with a now dying Kunal on her Lap. How's she's going to save him? Impossible. Maybe she will get some help but then, what? Time is of essence here. I don't think so. Even if she did save him, she will lose the case. As I am assuming that they did not make a copy of the CD.
I also assuming that Rohit thinks that the SINAL are now over. I don't think he can be this dumb.!
Under the law of probability - A slight chance maybe. Maybe Siddhi managed to get him to hospital and show up in court too. Actually perhaps Kunal did make a copy . With that she would be able to win the case and she will nurse him back to good health. Very very slight chance. Does not make sense at all.
So before the curiosity kills the cat, in this case us, lets keep our fingers crossed and pray nothing will happen to our Super couple SINAL.
