Per my POV, This Siddhi missing saga could be one of the following :

1] Kidnap - Thakral plan to stop her from coming.. He has already indicated that he can even make Ritcha's false into true.. So he is expected to do some dirty tricks..😡
this is highly possible but for that siddhi needs to have some solid proof against witcha which as of now she doesnt have. unless she manages to get witcha;s recorded confession and thakral finds out about it and decides to kidnap her. I feel rohit too said he will help witcha so maybe he is behind the kidnapping????

2] Accident - Same as above..Similar to what happened to Nikhil.. But may be mahatwist is Siddhi still makes it to court in zakhmi halat...Rest to follow after that i will leave to imagination of my fellow members..😉
yup we always wanted to see siddhi's accident so we could so kunal looking after her, carrying her in his arms etc. Siddhi reaching adalat injured will be dramatic indeed and if they are planning pregnancy track she can be faint after the judge gives the verdict in fvour of kunal and they take her to hospital and doc's say she is expecting

3] She has gone to get some last minute proof as all proofs are favouring Thakral or not ready to speak against... She will make an entry last minute and prove mahaan..

I was thinking maybe 2 more hearings are left from this court case. one which will favour thakral and for the final one siddhi gets last min proof, but i am not sure what that could be.

4] She is indeed pregnant as some fellow members are already thinking.. Is feeling nauseous.. Goes to doctor to get some medicines and hence late to court...

possible if they are showing pregnancy track but usually siddhi comes to court with someone na, either seema or kunal,

Either way as per court rules, since Siddhi is already fighting for Kunal, i doubt whether judge can pass any judgement without having Siddhi to defend..

if thakral has some strong proof against kunal and siddhi is not present the judge maybe can give verdict, bec thakral can say siddhi couldnt tolerate defeat and she knows she has lost so didint turn up???
Since even if Thakral provides proofs, there has to be defence lawyer to counter... Siddhi is already Kunal's lawyer...
Judge will indeed ask Kunal about Siddhi's whereabouts and he will probably guess Thakral may have a hand and will speak accordingly... Again another postpone...

yes but form the promos it looks like they are heading towards finale of the court case, since reporter said judge is about to give the final verdict

No 2 and 3 are strong possibilities..But anything is possible in CV world.. Just hope it does not turn to be lame.. Like Kunal recording to get Thakral to allow Siddhi to fight this case..
