So finally an episode entirely dedicated to the court case .. well almost!!!

Inside the court:
So the bewildered deer is going to take on the lions and hyeana's, well finally the moment has arrived.Ok nlow Daddy Thakral is the witness and how does our Siddhi plan to tackle the master of the craft?Well surprisingly she wins the first set.I like the way she walks upto the witness stand and keeps her hands on it and then questions.She does not look evil,intimidating or at the least stern but surprisingly she evokes a response that is even better,infact she looks like a school kid innocently asking her teacher doubts.

siddhi was the highlight of the episode all the way.

So what gets her the answers she seeks, does the earnestness of a wife to free her husband of undeserving shame break the ramparts built of falsehood and treachery? Does the unshakeable love of a woman for a man entice the elusive turtle out of his hardened shell of hatred?
She got Parichay's own willy Shakuni to stammer ,mutter and cough up the truth as he knew it.So character assassination of Ritcha was Siddhi's first move , could it have got any better, she got a dad to admit to his daughter's unspeakable failings.
I loved it when Thakral screamt out 'haaa...' ,serves yout right Daddy Thakral remember how you reduced her most precious act of love to a shameful deed?

yes siddhi managed to get thakral confess that witcha loved kunal etc and plus proved that she indeed ran away from the mandap etc.it was executed well and even thakral was surprised with siddhi's confidence

And next whom did Siddhi call upon , not Ritcha , not Nikhil, not Vineet but Pooja ,I didn't even know that was her name.Ok thank goodness she did not renege this time.Well did anyone notice , the reason why most of these people support Thakral's is due to an ailing parent not plain greed .Another lesson of moral science being imparted here.Well I could not place Ritcha's expressions here , was she scared, or just plain disappointed at not having anticipated this witness, editing team perhaps you can answer that better!!!😆
Ooh the tenderness with which Kunal looks at Siddhi when Pooja tells Siddhi just gave her a chance to undo a mistake so that her mother's atma can rest in peace... well I don't understand why Kunal looked kinda suprised here , but I dont why then again that did not stop me from drooling over that loving glance he gave her.

yes pooja being the witness was something unexpected, i was thinking it could be witcha vineet or the waiter. nice to see pooja telling teh truth and siddhi proved that witcha diidnt want the engagement. pooja did mention vineet, so maybe he too is shown in the next hearing bec thakral knows now that it was all witcha's plan of fake engagement, maybe thakral asks vineet to come to court and say something against kunal. for thakral it was all about winning i doubt he cares for his daughter any father in his place would be hurt that she came up with fake engagement

kunal looked over whelmed towards siddhi when pooja said that siddhi put no pressure on her and gave her a chance to do prachaiyat. liked the bit, he seemed proud of his wife

And then came the witch Ritcha,nice questioning by Siddhi, why did you leave , did he misbehave? was he a good person , if he was why did you leave him?Ritcha so easy , I was disappointed.Well I guess after all I love the drama😊, and there prayers heard Daddy Thakral to the rescue.What timing and what act???Seriously he stole the show with that and I loved him for it.Classic ,Crafty villain!!! Hats off sir for a brilliant portrayal!! Now Siddhi another lesson , if you had done something similar Kunal would never have been disbarred.😊
Any thoughts on how Thakral always manages to get only Satyavan and Savitri to see his willy expressions and evades the Judge sitting right there in front?What could be causing it,aspiration to be the chairman of the bar council or vision impairment?

siddhi grilling witcha was good, and siddhi almost succeeded i would say in making witcha admit some part of the truth, but thakral showed his dirty trick. scene reminds me of the movie damini. the judge diidnt tell us the date for next hearing which means we dont know when it will happen, next week or even the week after. hope the dont drag it more than another hearing

Outside court:
I didn't enjoy the scene , somewhere I felt it was redundant!! They keep doing it all the time.

yes it has become repeative, though i always love seeing siddhi having the upper hand. haha

Kunal these days seems to be bowled over by Siddhi , we are getting the long awaited realization, hope the CV's don't ruin it like how they did with Valentines.

yup kunal has started expressing more and its been beautifully shown. i know even i do fear that maybe they will do something dramatic again and kunal yet again will go into his guilt mode bec i feel he still hasnt dealt with the anand factor completely.

it shouldn't be dragged for more than a week.and should also have intelligent plots in the court room.Daddy Thakral was too good!!! All through the questioning for me what stood out for me was Siddhis honestly and innocence , well contrasted with the scheming ways of the Thakrals.She does not have Thakral's craftiness, she does not have Kunal's rhetorical charm what she does have is immense love for her husband, absolute honesty and a determination to bring the truth in the open. And it was nice to see someone simple and real like Siddhi accomplish it to a certain extent.

true, the cvs stuck to siddhi's character and she was calm, composed and i found not over dramatic but realistic. siddhi's innocence and honesty is her usp. i dont know how kunal will eb proven innocent. we have seen pooja give statement in kunal's favoiur and if nikhil is shown he too would say same thing, i think the waiter must have seen all and since witcha has bribed him he may give statement against kunal in next hearing. siddhi ma have ot grill him and get some points proved in favour of kunal or we are to see vineet back. vineet may have some solid proof again witcha. but then if he tried to kill nikhil, i doubt he will support sinal. i am doubtful if witcha will blurt out truth now bec siddhi started to grill her yesterday and almost succeeded, but next time witcha will come prepared esp now thakral knows the truth. logically speaking so far no witness has said kunal tried to molest witcha so they are going to have a fake witness next week for sure and that will be the waiter. we know siddhi will win in the end but they is going to be another up from thakral's side in the next hearing, bec in this hearing siddhi won.

Daddy Thakral is definitely going to play some games, but I think he will also be wary, remember when it was Rohit's case and he found out the truth he said ,'Ab Kunal Chopra ko jeetne se koyi nahin rok sakta, sachayi uske saath hain'.But Daddy Thakral being who he is wont accept defeat.

How to prove? Thats a question.Vineet a good option, but then again it doesn't prove Kunal did not molest , its like since Ritcha faked that she can fake this too.

I think they can procure some CCTV footage, maybe get an eye witness.Or better Ritcha blurts out the truth.She will be prepared but I am sure if she witnesses a full on SINAL she will falter again.
