I think so siddhi will challenge thakral that if he is daring person than take her challenge and leave the contract aside and fight this case against her... and thakral will take it lightly thinking that she is a kiddy lawyer and cant stand in frnt of him for much time and he will win the case...

I think Kunal Chopra might have read the clause of the contract and he already knew. there will be a clause to remove siddhi from the contract. Dont know how but its likely that Siddhi might not have picked it up and KUnal did it by looking at the contract. In the precap he is asking Thakraal to sign the contract it can not be a new contract so i think its the release clause
