i also fell that the case will be fought by sidhi obviously with kunals help. but, I'm sure cvs are thinking about a new entry. bcoz, since vineets entry, no one entered the show, and also thakral and witcha need some break so , i think after this case, a new caracter will make entry and that person will ve involved with final relationship. bcoz the show need some freshness

If Siddhi knew Thakral's style of working, she would have been better prepared for today. Especially the contract part.
Even she underestimated or overlooked or was too much in josh.
Just like Kunal was before the 2nd hearing [ though entirely not his fault as he is still oblivious to all things which Siddhi knows about Ritcha].

Does she even have a copy of that contract with her? She tore away one Ritcha gave inspite of Ritcha saying that may be Siddhi forgot [ may be overlooked]. She had nothing to defend against Thakral's contract point and all she said was sorry and that was not what her intentions were. If someone is pointing out legal point, one has to defend with a legal point too. Once u say sorry, u throw in the towel right there.

Agree, but what if she engineered this, knowing thakral would play this card just to buy some time...some extra days to do more research?
I know, it's highly unlikely, sounds too clever for Siddhi & even for an EK soap😆

So lets stick with kunal getting her out of this soup & let her fight this case.

on light note ya the book siddhi studied the point is not there, so during her training she learned tat if u can't defend get time for the case. so siddhi knows onething judge(uncle) saab i know ,believe me kunal is innocent n give me time n i wonder all judges are the ones tat gave siddhi degree or her uncles believes her so much with out even proof in prev div case now in kunal's case. i next hearing another point arises n again sidhi says her fav dialogue n judge gets tired of postponing n frustated tat other cases r pending n ppl r complaining so with no option left kunal is left free,tats how siddhi wins the case,it's her style 🤢 😆

Loved everyone's take. Especially Rani's about Kunal getting his selective intelligence back. 👏

Kunal was always projected as brilliant and smart atleast on the law front and especially in courts. Only prob is we have not been shown a lot. On personal front especially in love matters, we all know his status. Even in this case, he did prove his brilliance 1st hearing. But Thakral did take over only due to Siddhi's muteness and not disclosing the facts which Kunal is unaware off even today.

I agree. Whole world in serial and us viewers know Siddhi is going to defend her husband. Promos could be misleading and we may not see the actual scenes but there is an idea already propogated. Also Siddhi has been going around town beating drums about it everywhere and anywhere.

So they cannot let both Sinal fall in this case together. So unlikely a new character may be introduced. But CV's ka koi bharosa nahi hai.

I feel this is how it may [ or i wish] it pans out :

1] Kunal is supposed to meet Chaitanya. Since Siddhi's family did not tell him truth what Siddhi said or what happened after he left, hopefully he finds that out from Chaitanya. Atleast the part of what Siddhi said which should further kickstart his realization. We know he has been shown to think on those lines since last few epi.

2] Not only he is determined to get Shilpa's wedding on track to make Siddhi happy, this would also confirm further that Siddhi is actually not doing this for his family or Raj's request but she genuinely wants to help him. Should give him the push or initiative to help siddhi in this case, probably through more taunts when family is together.

3] He may ask to look at the contract [ assuming Siddhi does have a copy],since he has asked her few times about when it ends. Definately there is an end date to it, unless Thakral sneaked something in , which both Sinal are not aware off. If i remember , Ritcha had offered Siddhi a job after her insult by Thakral. We have heard few times that she ended up signing a contract to pay off the 2nd deposit of 75000. Also somewhere it was indicated that if she breaks, then penalty is 3 lakhs [ but ritcha in yday epi said it would be much higher. guess with interest over 1 yr, prob that penalty went up too😉]

Either Kunal finds some loophole in the contract or they find the money magically to payoff the penalty in2 days. I hope if they do either, they do not leak this out especially Raveena finding, since Thakral would again find something new.

I am not a lawyer but i am not sure if anyone can be stopped from switching employers.

Now we do not know if Siddhi signed a employment bond or employment contract.
If bond, there is no legal binding other than paying off the money, plus it is civil court not criminal court matter. Current case is in criminal court . Hope this is what it turns out to be.

4] They work together to create case points [ hint from today].
My only doubt here is if they go ahead showing this, then Siddhi has to tell lot of info. to Kunal before the case hearing and then less drama later on.

We will see what is in store tomorrow.

or the judge gets so frustrated, says let me defend Kunal or Appoint a new judge.
New judge is the one who handled Sinal div case. He sets Kunal free 👏

oh no i too wouldnt want that, but you never know. haha. maybe the show kunal doing what sunil did in the movie dhakan, imagining the dil ne yeh kaha hai dil se song and siddhi and the new guy danicng on that. hhahha

but on a serious note we have seen kunal getting physical with siddhi yesterday when he held her hand, so i wont be surprised if during the jealousy track he starts pulling her.

red@ even if witcha says that, kunal will not be ready to accept his feelings for siddhi so soon. he will still deny it, bec he is being overpowered by other factors, incl siddhi-anand past and siddhi still loving anand etc. it will take time for kunal to accept and realise his love for siddhi, they need to do it via the track. after winning the case, they can show sinal at home and how a new male character enters and how kunal starts to feel jealous.

well said. thakral;s for sure need a break and in daily soaps new entries keep coming

i rem vik had once mentioned to dumbeena that his friend form usa is coming for a day, maybe he is the much need new entry
