Now that Siddhi will fight the case for Kunal i am just wondering how she will save Kunal. What prrof she can present in the court to prove his innocense. Medical examination of Richa is not possible Kunal did not Rape her (or i should say Witcha did not rape Kunal 😆) + they were in a room so video cameras will not be there...

Unless Vinit is back and save Kunal

Vineet is there,kunal's assistant is there,that night girl is there...

Then siddhi can tell that she loves kunal and that night kunal was wid her not wid richa..and as richa said he molested her no signs of molestation on her body...hmm...

Hope some or the other hotel staff would have seen them and can give his bayaan that kunal did not do any wrong thing wid richa or someone would have seen richa mixing pills in his drinks...hmmm...what do u say guys...

Well she can also start of with character assasination of Ritcha Thakral.Talk about her acting drunk ,the challenge ,Show the message she sent asking to meet.Cmon why would you want to meet the wife of someone who tried to rape you.All this to buy time to gather proofs.

She could question Thakral as to why he left his daughter alone in the hotel knowing very well her engagement was called off.Show the case files (false ones ) on Vinmeet which lead Kunal to believe that he was guilty and say that is why Kunal went to break of the engagement.

Get the doctor from the hospital to testify that Ritcha was not hurt.Find out from the editor who asked for the news to be published in the paper.

Find out that the cases on Vineet were false and provide proofs to show they were fabricated.

Classique will be if she gets Vineet to testify.Going by 'Ek to aurat upar se wakeel' should not be hard!!!!

But what i want her to do is talk Vineet into testifying ,get him to talk to Ritcha and get all that recorded and submit it in the court.

Or maybe there will a waiter who taped the entire scene in the hotel room hoping to get some action,or someone who heard some snippet of the conversation.

She could also say there aren't any marks on Kunal.

Instigate Ritcha in court, become unconsious have seema spurn another fake pregnancy track ,do to her what her dad did to her and kunal.

I agree with most of Chitra's points.

There are so many options for CVs to take to prove Kunal innocent.
Not sure if CVs would actual close this case to prove Kunal innocent or expose Thakrals especially Ritcha.

They have already announced in diff forums, that Vineet's character is exiting this show. Not sure if other EK shows in the past have brought back characters they said are exiting. If yes, then they can bring vineet for questioning. If not, Vineet's gawahi would not happen

Siddhi can definately investigate whether Vineet's case was real through Kunal's assistant and that girl who testified against Kunal during the party. That would open a can of worms which even Thakral is not aware off. Plus Vineet did all that job , since he is not in picture, difficult for even Witcha to close evidences.

As mentioned, it all depends on what CV's do out of this case. If Witcha is a parallel lead and have to kept around for more time, then exposing everything about her may not happen. Since after today for whatever Thakral has done to Kunal, both Thakrals would be faced charges against them and Witcha would be in more trouble.

But if they decide to only get Kunal proved innocent by not fully exposing Witcha, she would still be around to cause more problems.

Vinit should be back as a biggest proof. otherwise, she can prove that Kunal was with her that night and not with Witcha

even if kunal cannot fight the case himsel😒
she should confess everything from the begining and let kunal handle the rest .he can direct and she can enact like a puppet otherwise thakral will walk all over her

Agrees she can start with the charter assassination of Miss Richa Thakral, how she has been planning and plotting since last one year,
She came to their chopra house with dad and asked Kunal to marry her and leave Sidhi
when nothing worked out, tried creating misunderstanding between sinal (Blue saree, giving info to the press during the court case etc )
Then her engagement announcement with Vineet to make Kunnu jealous
finally acting as drunken woman, false accident, challenging Sidhi
and then the may be provoke her to blur out the truth as I don't think they are any evidences except CVs come up with a new evidence.

Again it all depends on where CV's want to take this.
If Siddhi brings out everything and gets Witcha to admit everything, Witcha would be out of this serial.
Unless CVs justify getting her back.

If Siddhi only proves Kunal innocent, case gets dismissed due to lack of evidence . He is a free man. Witcha continues with her planning as folks are saying she is parallel lead to stay for a long time

Wow... all members are karamchand Jasoos... So many proofs are there for Siddhi. the biggest proof i can think of is Why the engagements got cancelled (But Thakraals will blame it on Kunal) the second would be to prove that Witcha was after Kunal and her engagement drama with Vineet was to get Kunal. Only she knows it and not Kunal...
