Kunal has not understood Sidhi fully nor tried. He assumes all the time. He trusted someone like Richa with closed eyes. The loss is his.

Now his accepting the rape charges. He will be jailed. The reactions will be shock, surprise, satisfaction etc. from various parties. Thakraal will be obviously happy. Richa will be shocked. Initially she maybe happy but soon she will realise what she has done. She will try to undo the damage by giving a declaration that she falsely accused him because she loved him too much.

Sidhi will be crushed along with the other members of the family except the brother. They just do not know why Kunal accepted when he is innocent?

Only Richa can save him and will save him.

Will Kunal forgive Richa?

Will he ever understand Sidhi and her feelings?

What will be Richa's new move?

I think the 6 month period of separation will be achieved and the divorce granted.

And Kunal will be a free man.

Richa will start her manipulations. And Kunal may start to understand Sidhi. And he may start to woo Sidhi who will be now too hurt to reciprocate.

Kunal married sidhi out of duty.

If Sidhi has a child, the drama will be more interesting.

To prove that Kunal is innocent requires lots of evidence, awkward questions and lots of washing dirty linen.

Hats off to Kunal for taking this risk to bring out the truth. He knows that Richa loves him madly and she will blurt out the truth.

The case is made simple without struggle. And Thakraal will be defeated by his own daughter.

i feel the case will have alot of ups and down,

kunal accepting the false charge could be his plan to expose witcha in court or if he did it out of some pressure etc, then siddhi will walk in and start fighting the case to defend him

either way kunal will be freed from the case

rge understanding siddhi, well kunal loves her but he can never forget that anand loved her and like he mentioned yesterday too by him, he knows siddhi loves anand. he is not listening to his heart bec deep down he feels he will be rejected by siddhi since he thinks siddhi will never look at him in the love way.

hopefully we will see further tracks on how siddhi will make kunal accept his love for her

wat i feel is dat witcha is not at all gonna help kunal...dint u see shez mad with revenge...if kunal couldnt be her's then he shudnt be siddhi's either dats wat she wants...not dat shez gonna achieve it...

if kunal confesses his crime as part of his plan then well nd good but if coz of any other reason then siddhi ll defnitely come to his rescue...nd in the end he will be the winner...

sinal divorce for sure ll never happen...6 months is long time...siddhi already can sense dat kunal loves her ...so let this case track get over...we r surely gonna see siddhi making kunal realise his love for her...by removing all his doubts abt she still being in love with anand...

Here are is my POV :

The one that Kunal accepts the charge to get div easily from Siddhi [ as he said in yesterday's episode that he has to separate quickly and cannot stay under same roof with her]. Still feel this would be totally out of his character which has been portrayed so far.

But the twist which u mentioned that after he accepting, Ritcha realizing and withdraws the case
Agree with Tanya and Norzar, this is out of Richa's character too. Plus she is hell bent on revenge as well. Though she may think that Kunal is doing this out of love for her and she withdraws, Kunal will never go back to her after this for her to start manipulation again.

Now from Siddhi's POV, she got the div extended and was happy for it since she does not want div to begin with. Plus per yesterday's episode, for the first time she has seen Kunal's love for her [ in his eyes]. Now she would be more confident and try to find more ways of getting physically close to him which he cannot resist for too long.[ assuming she realizes that is the best way].
That would be the best and quickest way to get her stone headed arrogant hubby to realize and confess his love for him. She and seema already acknowledged he being sir phira.
So she will not keep quiet but take over the case [ assuming Kunal started the case] and bring out all in the books to free him.

If she is being shown as hurt and goes away ,Definately Kunal loses everything [ job, respect, dignity, respect ,family and ofcourse his wife]. This would be worse than what happened with him 5 yrs back as was shown to us. This is supposed to be his 2nd chance and there will be ups and downs during that to get him to understand all the nuances of life [ that life is not just according to what he thinks ] but cannot be this extreme that he accepts, loses everything again and goes back to jail [ very difficult for him to come out again]

But again, this is EK show and anything is possible.
As someone was saying this may be similar to Kaashish where female lead Kaasish was shown to be in love or married with different characters and got so confusing towards the end.

witcha knows kunal no longer loves her, thats her biggest reason for taking revenge. whne she spiked his drunkand he confessed his love for siddhi, she was shocked but she continued to play dirt by trying to get close to him bec she didint want to loose the bet.

i dont think witcha can withdraw the case bec she feels she can get kunal again, however she may blurt out the truth bec she maybe insulted in court b either siddhi or kunal.

kunal accepting the charge to div siddhi, will be plain rubbish esp after he knows what his family has gone through. plus div he will get after 6 months anywas

maybe yesterday's kunal's words to himself reg separating from siddhi was just to convince himself again that by taking div he is doing right, i dont think they should mix that with the case

reg kth show, i never watched it but here with sinal i doubt the will show multiple marriages bec the usp of the show is sinal and 2nd chance.

Will Kunal forgive Richa?

kunal is a person whose emotions are very deep as a ocean...if he loves someone he loves to the extend to destroy his life and if he hates a person he hates the person with full passion that he might destroy them in one go...he will never forgive witcha for what she have done...now witcha will see the new side of kunal...the kunal which she never knew or introduced before at all...

Will he ever understand Sidhi and her feelings?

well he will understand siddhi's feelings in future...right now he feels its wrong to love the women whom his bro loves...and also he feels that siddhi will never see him in a romantic way because she is still in love with anand...these two dumb lawyers needs to sit and discuss abt the matter rather than filing a divorce

What will be Richa's new move?

can't say...but if kunal win the case which he will for sure...she will make a new plan to revenge SiNal and might to seperate them

lets hope not at all...but i can't trust ekta...she have done it in her other shows...where the 6 months divorce was granted and achieved...i hope not for SiNal...i don't think the divorce will happen just when siddhi decides to leave him...he will confess his love

kunal can never be a free man...even if he gets seperated or divorced from siddhi...he will still love her deeply...and his C-night will always haunt him as well as the moments he spent with siddhi...whenever in life...he meets siddhi accidentally...the moments and the night when they become one will all flash back...he can never be a free man because siddhi has become his soul

Thanks to all of you for your valuable inputs.

I feel that Kunal is not the type of person who will buckle under any pressure and confess that he committed the crime. So this must be some plan of his.

An unconventional way. Why?
