Nice post as always. Agree on the editing blunders. If it is the same team [ editors/cvs], cannot expect anything new or different. They are also brainwashed to produce the same crap in a diff format.
Old wine in a new bottle.
Most of the times the plots are real lame and we just end up like you said having old wine in a new bottle. What makes them different is the chemistry between the co-stars the dialogues and the supporting cast. Yesterday's episode ended with Siddhi crying outside police station. It was Sat evening.Nothing happened after that or did she talk to Kunal or anyone. All of sudden it was bail time on Monday.
I was like how come they never showed what happened on Sunday. Atleast some kind of conversation at the Chopra household. In fact I had written on that but then later when posting it I realized that it was all about Kunal getting out easily. They did not want to make the bail and the court case both drag . However that surely took me by surprise as after watching so many shows its just assumed that we will get to see some drama between the arrest and the bail. The CV;s could have had the bail the same day but it was due to the pleading that they made the usual situation of bail not been granted on Saturday. They were just paving way to have SiNal be on the same page as Richa.
Slowly this is turning out to be like any other EK shows contrary to what she had promised and indicated at tbe beginning of the show. She probably got carried away with Sinal getting the best jodi award that they may have veered away from original plot to repeat all the same melodrama seen from her previous shows [ mix of masala]. That would also answer editing blunders as they have shot probably more tracks or scenarios and edit and show accordingly.
The best jodi would have driven change to the story line but that still does not answer the editing. I doubt that they have more than a weeks episode in bank. So even if they change the plot to add all the masala it still does not justify the editing blunders. I still think that the story is goind as expected. Abit of new and lots of old mixed to give a new parichay.Also we have too many twists in past 2 weeks for comfort. Plus the new one even more shocking that the div one is Kunal accepting the charge. Based on his expressions, he may actually may be doing on purpose but is a big risk.
I have not seen the promo but it does seem like he knows what he is doing. Its the classic situation where " ghee ager sidhi ungli se na nikle tho ungli theeda kar de". He is thinking if she can call it rape then he is going to show her the real meaning of rape. So we are now going to see a hugh showdown between Siddhi and Kunal on him taking this step.Nowhere it looks like Sinal are coming closer as they are not talking the way they used to in past few months. With siddhi also agreeing to div , Kunal's thinking about her has also changed possibly.
Again everyone is hopeful for a turnaround and scraping the bottom and Sinal coming closer.
But CVs have not shown Sinal getting towards confession stage yet with all these diversionary tracks
I am not yet ready for SiNal getting closer being the main focus. I want the court cases and Kunal exposing Richa once for all. To watch Thakral being on the losing end for trusting his daughter and maybe appreciating Kunal just a little. SiNal will with each situation grow stronger so I prefer that being a side track to the main track of Richa realizing her mistake.
