I am ok with the fact that Richa made a false case against Kunal because Richa is shown as a psycho lover i guess and it will not reduce him but in the end it will make him a winner if he wins the case and proves Richa who attempted rape on him ...the only thing to save Kunal's real character would be if he is shown to come out of the situation without the help of great Sidhi...and fights his own case with his brilliant brain...
Simi,
I understand that richa case will not reduce him as a person or his reputation or character but if Siddhi fights the case and wins it, it will surely make him feel indebted for entire life.
I am all for a spouse helping another but in this case, Kunal looks like a 'Taker' and Siddhi as 'Giver'. This has to be played around from both the sides. Apart from Shilpa's wedding fixed, there is nothing that Kunal can go back to, to show that he has been an outstanding husband. That will reduce him in his own eyes. I want him to love her without burdened with favors after favors. He shouldn't feel obliged to love her. The more favors she makes, bigger is going to look Kunal's most stupidest mistakes which is what I don't like.

But alas, you need drama and how can you get it without reducing the main protagonist of the serial to a rapist. How can you CVs give us blaring background music and revolving cameras without making fool out of a man that was sober enough to commute all the way back home, fight with his wife, stop her from leaving and then sleep with her but then was left confounded to find broken bangles in the bed next morning. One who assumed what he did was a mistake, very conveniently forgetting how the same woman had reciprocated his every feeling, touch and move the previous night!! I hate it, hate it and absolutely hate it when they do this to the men on their shows to assert the fact how mahan and pativrata the women are. I am all for woman empowerment and blah but it need not be achieved at the cost of assassinating the very core of the show ' Kunal Chopra! How much more guilt can a man shoulder, really? He is guilty of being an irresponsible son, he is guilty of his brother's death, he is guilty of marrying his brother's would be wife, he is guilty of falling in love with her, he is guilty of sharing a passionate night with her and now he will be made guilty publicly of raping a woman that had no dignity remaining to rape to begin with!
But the deed is now done! So at the least I am expecting a case that's fought without making mockery of Kunal Chopra! If not, I am removing my signature!!!!

Love sometimes strikes us unexpectedly, in the most ordinary places for the most never-on-the-radar kind of a person. Sometimes it strikes you like a dope, intoxication ' its effect increasing slightly with each dose till you hit the floor. But no matter how it strikes, you do come to know when it does!
I would like to differ on you come to know when it does..I think we dont come to know or most of the people cannot pin point, ok that is the day or incident when I started liking you. It is a series of events or meetings etc and at the end of it you are like, ok i am in love. But one cannot pin point, ok when you first helped me i liked you, the process is a gradual one and one realises it much later. Then it's up to you to accept it or reject it. Be happy about it or wonder why it happened. To do something about it or turn your back on it. You can run but you cant hide! Sooner or later it catches up with you and doesn't matter how many times you shrug off the thoughts of that one person, he/she continues to rule your world in all waking or sleeping hours. But this is real life. On the silver screen we have some folks like Kunal who haven't yet realized how the love has struck and how badly or may be he has but he is in denial about it.
Here isnt the issue that Siddhi was his brother's love. Is he not rejecting her because he is not supposed to fall for his brother's love? Or is he divorcing because of he thinks she doesnt love him? I thought it is more because of Anand? So be it! What would happen is that he will learn it the hard way! After he is done fighting off a case for raping the reptile (I don't like to call her witcha.. not all witches are bad. Hermione Granger wasn't bad!), after he is done feeling indebted for yet another favor done by the Mrs.Chopra. After he is done wondering how he could have liked The Reptile ever! And thus the sinking feeling you have once you realize how inept you are at judging people! After he is done with the humiliation of standing in the same court as an accused where he once shone as a gold medalist lawyer! Is realizing your love for your lawfully wedded wife worth all the trouble?I think or rather hope that he doesnt realise the love because of being indebted. He will realise that he has taken the place of Anand a long back in her life. The practical of us would say no but the diehard romantic would rejoice even after all this.Off course all this could have been prevented had Vakil Sahiba opened her mouth
Is it easy for a lady to talk about her love first..I think Kunal also never declared it. So both are equally to be blamed?and spoken about what she felt or if she had never left his husband alone to attend a party with a woman that had challenged to bed her husband in 24 hours! If she could have just barged in on their so called romance and snatched him away by his collar. A witness to the fact that they were fully clothed and did not do anything.
