I don't think anyone is against Mona the person but rather that she is not suiting the role...she seems too bubbly and the character is frustrated and annoyed with her situation. So we feel it is not a good match...definately the actor is not to be blames rather the CV and casting.
Mona seems to be a very attractive and charming actress...the CV's may really need to brush up on her image for this character...I guess its also hard to swallow how someone more sober as Kunal could go for a spoilt brat type woman... either Kunal should be shown to have changed or Richa should. As they characters are now...they are totally mismatched.
Again the mismatch is with the character and not the actors!
