What's really a farce is that they're showing two contrasting stances in a negligible span of time. I vividly recall Sarja shrugging off the thought of love while probing Chandu with regards to his status quo with life and here we are with the possibility of him being portrayed as an obsessive lover lobbed at us. What a joke. I mean I've heard of love at first sight but that really doesn't justify a total 360 on a character sketch. Ofcourse it is still a tad premature to pin his behaviour as 'obsessive' but his demeanor is not far off it. That said, I don't expect him to sulk around since that would totally deviate his persona but I do expect him to I dunno, reassure himself that what he feels apparently is not love. It just can't be. He has to live up to his principles that have been ever so conveniently etched in his mind and soul. And really, if we are at all to see the drape being lifted off of his highly bleak life, then it should be executed by someone who is, well, not Niru. But most importantly, the perpetrator and her affect has to depicted in graduation, with meaning and fluidity. There has to be more to it than just someone coming along one happy night delivering him to the hospital. Really now. And CVs have to bear in mind the original essence of Sarja's character sketch in that he is one of the highly placid, disdainful kind. Surely, it would take much more than a mere humane gesture to mould him into someone who acknowledges the vivid colors of "love".
One last point that I really want to shed some light on - it's more of a personal opinion/understanding but to my mind, the whole point of a love triangle was not to all of sudden put the limelight on Niru and Sarja as a pair per se. It was to cash in on the TRPs by including an element of anxiety, to give the story that ominous jerk that would hope to see the viewers on the edge of their seats while ChandNi put on a prodigous, poignant lesson in dignified survival to their love story. Meh, logically tyring to derive some meaning out of this perverse event to which no one is obliged to conform to *shrugs*
