Telekinesis(TK) or psychokinesis(PK) is
the paranormal ability of moving or otherwise
affecting physical objects by the mind only,
without making any physical contact. In other words,
moving things with your mind. If you have TK you can
move objects from one place to another,
bend metal spoons or keys by just holding it
and focusing and other cool stuff.
Some paranormal researchers believe that psychokinesis
exists and deserves further study
but according to known science, psychokinesis cannot exist.
If you want to know how to do it here's one way:
1. Choose a small, lightweight object, preferably made of a light metal, such as a cheap ring.
2. Clear your mind completely. You should have NO distractions whatsoever, and try not to let erroneous thoughts into your mind, or you will lose your focus. Concentration is vital.
3. Build a "tunnel" between you and the object. Visualize this tunnel between yourself and the object. You only see the object. Everything else is outside of the tunnel, and thus, outside of your view.
4. Now, imagine your mind's hands coming out and pulling the object in. Once you feel the pull, you might want to make sounds in your head that suggest a strong magnetic field (nnnn.... nnn.... nnnn.... ) It may sound silly, but it works!
