More than anyone, Gautam and Dhara are responsible for letting Anita come in b/w them, this stupid Gautam Pandya gave Dhara's file to the girl who never wished good to them and how did he forget he called Anita and cried. It was Dhara who trusted her blindly when Raavi tried to tell her truth.

And Shiva he believed Raavi is at fault by one sentence of Anita but couldn't trust Raavi against Anita
