Even if she turned negative right now, she would still have to quarantine for 14 days, because that's what the protocol is for any COVID positive person.

Be aware that my next lines are not as a fan, but as a medical student and as someone who has had to test for COVID due to exposure (completely asymptomatic, tested negative, still quarantined at home for 7 days). I disapprove of the fact that Simran, no matter how you look at it, has clearly not completed the stipulated 14 day quarantine period. Because false positives and false negatives are an actual thing. People test positive upto a week after exposure to the virus, a friend had 2 negatives before her positive result despite being symptomatic during all 3 tests.

Shiny should not have come to shoot with symptoms (according to that news article, not me coming up with a random accusation), because be it a viral or COVID, there are many people on sets, she WILL have to remove her mask while acting, and the viral can be pretty serious too. Especially to kids, and the baby she is currently shooting with (if she still has symptoms, this is).

In a way it’s good! Let her stay away from all this negativity and viciousness for few more days.
Give me Chotu Shiva- Raavi scene - of course shot with utmost precautions , otherwise there are many righteous members in IF who will call out on us for asking Child actors sequence as if we want them to be affected by Covid.

I am a mother and still send my kids to special programs with all the precautions taken and sending them to in person school with all the precautions.

P.S: I only wrote this because so many members bashed the PH on that IF article about bringing the child actors to fill in for the majority of the cast being sick.
