I know... I only watch it when I'm home because there's too many episodes I've missed to completely understand the nuances, but what a template the Chaubeys had!

If I write some of the scenes between Kathir and Mullai that was shown, you all would bang your heads as to why Choubays are not showing it with ShiVi.

Mullai initiated physical contact. She put her arm around Kathir while going on the bike. She has gone with him earlier but used to hold the metal bat for support but when things changed, she started putting her arm around his waist and Kathir’s sly smile was a treat to watch.

Kathir kissed her first in the cheek which she did not expect it and goes away from there. Mullai was in shock for few secs. Couldn’t comprehend what was going on.
Though they confessed one year after marriage had their SR after 2 years but it was slow, steady and seamless. Now they have become inseparable, he doesn’t even let her stay at her mayka. She hoes for a day visit and comes back,

Also only once Kathir has slept in the aangan. Otherwise however bad fight they might have had, they always slept in their bedroom.

As everyone is saying how they find ShiVi chemistry unique, I also wanna say one thing.

I didn't know the og version was really popular. I was like why's the marriage track soo hyped up and I decided to check. It was grahapravesh scene. When Shiva said to Rishita, "Raavi naam he uska". I was really intrigued to see their story. ❤️

I liked the scene where Rishita asks why Dhara's doing aarti and Suman gives it back to her. 😆

And that's how I started watching PS. It was really a stress reliever for me.

I really miss those scenes where none was mahaan or glorified.

The guy who himself never called raavi by her own name couldn't tolerate someone else calling her " woh ladki ".

"Raavi. Raavi naam hai uska"

" Mujhse bada dushman kaun hai tera? Tujhse dushmani nibhane ka haq sirf mera hai."

Sighh!

Those were the days and that was shiva ❤️

I should probably sleep. I am in a very nostalgic shivi mood today 😆
