From what you have told me about tamil shows, I guess they have a lot of conversations than the trip and fall and eyelock scenes.

And tracks are given proper closure and kept interesting rather than dramatic.

There is no trip, fall and catch at all. They only touch each other only after marriage that after a very long time. SR are not given importance either but yes, plenty of conversations which makes sense all the time.
