They were married for 2 months before I guess? and now we all know they signed the divorce papers around Dhara finding out she's pregnant so we all can safely say they've messed up the timeline...as usual. 🤣

Yes she has a son called shivang who is in Ahmedabad/delhi studying/working... He,might be brought in later for more drama.. Or he gets on with his cousins really well pissing mami off 😂

Lizzie, you seem to have quite a few questions! I'm going to randomly answer whichever ones I managed to spot to see if I can help, mostly because I love analysing the illogical things the details help you notice on the show. It just tickles my funny bone, ya know? 🤣🤣

Shiva was 11-12 when his father died, and with the 10 year leap that made him 22 ish at the start of the post leap episodes. He did look that age up to the wedding sequence, after which he started changing his look a bit more in preparation for the insecurity track, I think. Shabby as opposed to rugged yet handsome.

He only studied till his 10 th grade, same as in the OG. He does handle some accounts of the shop though, basic billing, stock maintenance and the likes. He's also shown to be fairly street smart, and a friend mentioned that he'd wanted to do engineering in his school days. In the OG, there's a track after the love story is settled down where Mullai supports Kathir in completing his education by helping him prepare for his 12th boards. It was handled beautifully from the little I've seen of it, with them sneaking around to hide it from the rest of the family because Kathir doesn't want to let anyone know.

Mami has a son who was mentioned pre leap, but he's never been shown on the show. Anita's parents were shown pre leap but disappeared afterward, so she wasn't completely brought up by Prafulla Mami the way Raavi was.

Raavi is probably 21 from the birthday she celebrated soon after her wedding. Assuming her undergraduate course was a B. Com, if she'd finished 12th grade while still 17, she'd have finished her course by the time she was 20, dropped the idea of a post graduation for the sake of her wedding to Dev. Dev and Shiva probably have only a year between them. So Dev without a gap year would've finished his MBA by 23, Shiva's 22, Raavi's turned 21 after her wedding, Krish is probably 19-20 and still in college.

I'd say it's been 4 months since their wedding, really. 2 months before their fight, of which 15 days were spent at the Haveli in Kandya land time. They found out Dhara was pregnant soon after their decision to seperate, and she's 3 months pregnant according to a recent scene. Assuming that she detected at the end of a month, as is mostly common, it's been two months since they figured that out.

As for the legalities, yes, it's supposed to be at least 6 months after the wedding before a divorce petition will be considered seriously. They were asked to meet a marriage counsellor the first time we had a court scene. The second time came with a divorce granted scene followed immediately by a live together six months before the next hearing scene (which is completely illogical, I know). So it's been a total of 4 months since their wedding, unless the Kandyas have messed up the timeline completely, which they probably have.... 😆
