I agree! Although 21-22 is on the younger side to be getting married, Shiva and Raavi are both adults who need to grow up and mature.
Personally speaking, he hasn't accepted her for who she is. His inferiority complex is blinding him from accepting the fact that she has friends outside of him and his relationship. If he had accepted her, I believe he would have said, "I don't mind meeting your friends. However, if they insult me, I will never meet any of them in the future."
Again, a relationship is a two-way street, and Shiva doesn't seem to understand that Raavi has a life beyond the Pandya pariwaar. She went to college, she was exposed to different thoughts and ideas, and she expresses herself as a young 21st century woman hugging her male friends (there is nothing wrong about this). If he had fully accepted her for who she was, he wouldn't feel tense when she is with her friends, he wouldn't feel insecure (because despite what the town thinks, he knows that she will always be with him)... just my two cents!

pushing pulling even after marriage yeah she insults him but he isnt cowing down either and he blows up at her even when she isnt doing anything.
the whole kangan kaand he might have not planned this but he basically valued those kangans more than raavi it was insulting.
He always saves her he is her hero but he still is on attack mode with her in normal times cant he talk to her nicely for once he is ready to insult her or take everything she says the wrong way. Just look a the time she offered her jewels to pay for the room instead of insulting her he could have said no thank you but no he had to add an insult to her sweet gesture.
