Among the ladies, Shiny is my least favorite. Her reactions are extreme or no reaction at all. Simran hands down is at the top followed by Alice and finally Shiny.

You should watch the episode where Janardhan taunts Gaumbi and he comes home helpless. Kinshuk was brilliant in that episode and Shiny was really good too.

Yes!! First rule/vow of marriage is making sure your better half never loses face or self respect.

These ITV shows are so big on marriage but fail to showcase this aspect. Shiva was there for Raavi at her lowest but she’s been nothing but a disappointment.

Why all the expectations from Shiva. His family are all morons as well. Dev is a useless brother. He couldn’t figure it out even though Shiva has explicitly said so.

Absolutely and she was like this from day one. One reason the scene worked for me was because both were equally right and equally wrong.

Although Raavi’s friends were wrong I don’t think their comments are coming out of thin air. If you know someone who constantly harps about looks, you will comment if they end up settling (according to you). Of course, doing it in public is uncalled for but them gossiping behind her back was in character. I’m sure she has judged other friends for dating people she believed to be beneath them. If she was someone who didn’t care for these things, I don’t think they would have spoken in such detail about it. I’m sure Raavi was “Kajal” (the other girl) in many other instances.
