Prema, is it weird that I find it oddly adorable and kind of funny at the same time that you're getting worked up about him being on insta 24/7?
P.s. When he said he knows them personally (names and location) hope he means general location e.g city/state they live in and not actual address (outside if the one he collects for perfume business).
Gyaan alert below. Skip if you don't care for it.
The perfume business one should be protected under the data privacy laws, but otherwise, yikes! As someone who now closely works with data privacy data and protection of personal data, knowing this makes me so uncomfortable. Not just for him, but also for the fans interacting with him who easily provide their information on chats. He maybe an okay person to share it with, but what if his account was hacked and anything including your information was leaked? There are so many concerns with safety being #1, and identity theft being #2. Just be careful of where and with whom you provide any of your PII (personal identification information). See below link if you want to know what constitutes as PII.

Many of you with whom I interacted with here seem wise, but just wanted to add above gyaan in case there are kiddos stalking/silently reading this thread.
Guess all celebs need this gyaan.
I don't follow/look at his stories- as all of it gets uploaded on fan pages in almost an instant. This brother apparently meets fans, sells his perfumes (bachchas sometimes might feel obligated/ or in sheer naivety use up money to get in contact). Apparently, he met a fan who got his mom's salon's address & visited. That is going beyond normal interactions. Will definitely give ideas to some young impressionable minds.
This brother is doing this at the level of obsession.
Celebs also need to know: People in other professional worlds use Linked in for Professional contact & other social media is for personal use.
OR , if your profession/ work required social media presence- you have 2 separate accounts. All social media apps have business account options. As simple as that.
I am sure most of them do have that- just that this PS lot needs to be smarter. It applies to all of them.
