I’m guessing they have to stretch this one day to account for Akshay’s leave. Cuz Dev can’t spend the night at the market 😆 We might get a few more episodes until it’s the next day.

I didn’t watch the original but I feel like Pandya family were doing okay financially in this version. They weren’t making lots of money and had to pay off a loan but they were able to buy back the store, so profits were happening for sure. So I think it’s either he wasn’t interested (or had a learning disability) or he did it so that they could use the profits to buy back the store faster. I feel like he definitely had the option of going (knowing Dhara she would make it work even if it means making financial cuts on other things) but chose not to.

I would prefer the latter reason only because don't want more people to look down on him. Already he's being called gawar by Mami, Anita and Raavi, defintely don't want Rishita to join them😕

Krish's tshirt has holes in it. Very realistic for an ITV show about a middle-class family, we all wear worn clothes.

I do, however, feel the teeniest bit inspired to ask if it's time for us to setup a GoFundMe for the cast's costume dept? 🤣

Okay but seriously, what if we are the ones taking this too seriously and the total opposite ends up happening on the show?

My theory is that yes, Krish and Shiva are going to end up in trouble with everyone for this bhoot kaand but then krish's mystery girl really does end up being a ghost and and no one ends up believing them? The boy who cried wolf ? 😆

How is it that nobody ever noticed Shiva and Raavi's strange proximity? They're always touchy. Now that I think of it, which bride talks to her to-be devar while pressed up against him a few hours before her wedding? And they were so comfy too, imagine if someone walked in on them like that.

I really wish some of our talented forum writers would explore this angle more, there's no way people in a small town would just pass it off as normal behaviour. Only ITV families would turn a blind eye🤪

Oh I like this idea! The mystery girl arc seems to be inching towards something horror-y. I mean, there's no other reasonable explanation he keeps seeing her in the same costume over multiple days, and once at midnight when he hears some scary noice. They keep playing the eery bgms too. Unless Krish is hallucinating. 😆

Would be fun if it goes that way.

Another far fetched thought, based on how communicative this family is. What if Dhara and Raavi question Krish and he tells them everything about scaring Rishita and Shiva pressuring him. Then Krish along with all 3 of his Bhabi reverses the prank on Shiva.

Rishita pretends to be scared and needs medical attention and Shiva feels all guilty and apologetic. This will help Shiva and Rishita bond, and ShiVi bond as well and nobody gets any scolding.
