I agree, some of their scenes that were in the teasers/ OST must be Bilal's imaginations. And above scene is definetely him dreaming. But I don't think all those romantic ones are out of his dreams - if all of them are his imaginations, then that's quite a bit of dreaming, I must say!

Since the narrative is ML centric, I have a feeling that Haseeb deliberately uses that filter with the scenes to give the gloominess, depicting mainly Bilal's state of mind - like when he is happy, everything is brighter. Like, doesn't it seem that the filter is back next week? So, I want to believe that the 'clean' shots on them from teasers are from Bilal's happier times - just a theory (and just me trying to be in a good mood to keep watching SMD )!

Saad soft spoken loving caring guy and so is bilal Abdullah. But there he was not rich and he is rich.
