Qaam se. That is literally what happened. In the first 10 episodes, there were so many scenes (esp. with Sadaf and her fam) that if you watch at 1.25x, the dialogue delivery and body movements looked normal like yu are watching in 1.0x. But in other scenes in the same episode, you could tell you are watching at 1.25x. So some scenes were actually in slomo. The long pauses inspiration they definitely took from how they drag soaps.

For now we know she has feelings for Bilal and doesn't love Ammar but she will try hard to make herself more than anyone believe that she likes Ammar 🤣
