Theek hai, girl got raped and thrown on the side of the road bilkul dark theme nahi. Neither is brother in law making advances towards the widowed sister in law. Ap bilkul theek Keh rahey hai.

This was tit for tat response, I actually enjoyed MJ. It is in my list of one of the best shows content wise in 2024

Replacing a dead slot does not mean that the show is replacing a slot with low TRPs. Hum wasn’t airing any show at 8PM on Saturdays. There was a repeat telecast of Kitni girhein baaqi hain before MJ took over. Nadan kinda benefited a bit from MJ & then JN ended as well.

QeJ is getting darker but it’s a good budget show unlike MJ which was very low budget. I don’t get the comparison. Comapre QeJ with Zard & MJ with DNUTN or JBG.

Bhaie tit for tat response that. I like MJ, I don't like to get into view comparisons unprovoked like I mentioned in the post, views ziada aaney se producers ka fiada hota hai. Content acha honey se audience ka fiada hota hai.

In Ramdan Ary shifts slots of prime time show. So if its good then it can do good ratings wise too

But in KMKT director was good. Director in this show isn't that great

I feel even Badar is not that great I mean direction wise which show was good other than KMKT?

MPHT will fall into worst direction category i feel and so was Mein

Bala was better ( I think it was Badar's) and Ishqiya average

KMKT me Badar was exceptional agree but i feel it was bcoz producer ne dande maare honge

In Balaa, Cheekh and even Ishqiya I thought diection was pretty good. Unpopular opinion but even Mein wasn't that bad show as much as it is criticized. Also even if he is not considered great his shows rarely flops which says something

Compared to Ali hassan who has given flops after flops

Bismil won't last more than 6 episodes now i.e 3 weeks

And also NJ,Jafa and JN all were telecasted together and 2 were getting 10 trp while Jafa used to get 8

Zanzabeel mentioned she had portrayed Zain as a really strong person but it didn't reflect like that

Yeh dil mera from the same writer fell flat because of weak direction which resulted into Sajal & Ahad overacting. Badar is not great but definitely a good director. Haseeb & Haissam couldn’t make SMD & GM work even though they are renowned directors.

Even Fahad didn’t talk about Badar much in interviews. I think it’s unfair to him.

B: Dead slot isliye tha because no other show was airing on Saturday 8pm at Hum not because it replaced some low TRP drama.

I: Cheekh had Saba Qamars all relatives die, it started with rape and death of Ushna's character and still it is a commercial drama.

Do you consider a drama social only because yumna ji is doing it? I was giving her more credits, that she is an A lister now, and can lead a commercial project on her own.
