Which is why the shows which make an effort in world building are such a treat for the eyes - we have been deprived man. I loved the sets on Gentleman. You can see the effort.

Radd has a new rich house which is pretty cool but the middle class house is the same recycled one ARY loves to death 🤣

Pata nai Oby seems retired but then he also did that random Siyaah series for Green ki 3 episodes. Ab how long ago that was shot I don’t know. But he definitely seems to be out of the picture at the moment.

Heard he has content issues with a lot of scripts or something? I don’t blame him. He probably declines to do a lot of crap

The latter I think. For me, OBI, HAA, Fawad, Mahira, Maya are all like the og batch of PTV stars cos they're around since a decade now. Started p dramas in 2014 with their shows.

All are choosy now as they should be. Obi seems choosy for scripts but not characters cos he plays THE SAME in every show I've seen him in. Troubled son in a big family who's constantly bothered by the women in his house. He aces it every time. Only difference was Ehd e wafa.

Oh to see the SS gang again in some comedy

Probably some heist drama or a murder mystery comedy cos they can't go back to college. Please no.

But something needs to bring them together. Universe MAKE IT HAPPEN.

Agreed to them coming back together again. I want to see a good ensemble cast show. Written and directed well with good actors 🥹 Not something you have to force yourself through. Lately ensemble ones haven’t been done well. I had to skip a lot of KA and Sinf e Ahan. Good concepts but execution faltered and too much was taken on imo. Ehd e wafa also had issues for me. One plot was more engaging than the other n so on. So something cohesive that’s short but wholesome. Koi tou kuch kaam ka likh le 🤦🏻‍♀️

Idk how I feel about super choosy actors. Perhaps they have the privilege of being choosy if they have backup incomes n what not. Lots of them model and have their own brands. But as a fan I can say it’s HARD. You want to at least see your favorite do a show or film every year. Out of sight, out of mind wali baat nai honi chahiye. I know ptv scripts are mostly crap but I think with the short shelf life actors have, they should make the most of it 🤷‍♀️
