Nahi yaar, actors should not involve themselves in fan wars. They are such a small percentage of accounts on Twitter spreading hate. The majority of the drama-viewing audience is not even aware of their existence. If the actors say something then it will become a headline and spread the negativity. Furthermore, What is the guarantee that these hater accounts will listen to what the actors are saying?.

Saba is probably too old to play Zamda but I think she would’ve been great for it a few years back

Actually any actor who does good with silent scenes would have worked imo - who can show complex emotions without just relying on eyes. Some lip acting could have added so much and little nuances

I think Ayeza and Yumna could have really made this role their own. Zamda would have stood out instead of getting overshadowed by the other actors.

its a bit frustrating that such a nice show had a mediocre lead - feels like something was missing that would have truly made it exceptional

Sure it was successful and that’s great but Zamda is not a memorable or iconic character for me.

My point is someone like Saba or Yumna or Ayeza would have made Zamda an iconic role - it’s about the lost potential for me
