So after getting locked out accidentally by IF or,to be more accurate, locking myself out of it and after 1000022 failed attempts of updating my siggy ( I swear this is IF taking revenge on me because I broke my healthy relationship with it for a toxic one with Twitter and had the audacity to come crawling back), I am finally here to give my two cents and more on the finale.

Let me begin with the nature of this conclusion that,in my opinion, neither had the exultation that radiates from happily ever afters nor the stinging heartache brought forth by a tragedy. An appropriate label for it would be bittersweet for while we, as the omniscient yet helpless audience, were left with a heavy heart due to the anguish that both Feedi and Mahi went through, we can also derive solace from the belief that both of them were reunited in a realm where there were no societal obligations and disparities to keep them apart.

For me, the cruelest of all tragedies are the ones in which one partner dies and the other one is left behind to live with their memories for it is a void that can never be filled and it is no different from a gaping wound. It is, anyday, more merciful for both to leave together. I am a keen enthusiast in the the lore of twin flames and how similar and different it is from the concept of soulmates so I took the liberty of interpreting Farhad and Mahi as twin flames who were basically two halves of the same soul. Their relationship was short lived and cataclysmic yet profound and sacrosanct. Their compatibility or lack of so can be argued upon and so can the fact that they were doomed from the beginning due to their differences. However I can't help but wonder how beautiful this relationship might have turned out to be had fate ( or the writer) had been a tad kinder. But I am no one to complain since I clicked on the last episode fully prepared to watch Feedi dying all alone for no reason. Maybe I should consider it to be the writer's generousity that he reunited both of them in death because that alone saved the entire show from being an unsatisfactory fest of unnecessary tragedy and torture that poor Feedi went through.

Anyway I am hoping for Iqroze to reunite in another romantic drama. I haven't had enough of their chemistry.

Your review made me have a bittersweet feeling too, some love stories are twisted and we cannot depend on logic to connect with them, KAM3 for me was one of that kind, where I knew that a 'silly' and common boy should not expect to ruin his world for a caged princess, nor can he abandon his loving family, we cannot define these emotions with logic, yes we can mock them, but that is probably the beauty of the story for me, I know that Farhad is writer's version of self destructive love, but I still cannot help but mourn for him, root for him to win that mohabbat which was so shadeed that everyone had to bow in front of it. The only mercy was that he was destined to die with his soulmate, and he died with a smile in his face, a satisfaction that even if it was for a minute, she came to him, leaving her world behind, and only him, he was her priority and he was the only one who mattered.

IqRoze will unite soon, I know it will happen, no way Geo is not reuniting them, I just hope that it is not an extremely miserable show like KAM3

Two weeks and still at the first in YouTube… I don’t think so any other show can replicate this, you might hate the show but can’t deny this craze .. I hope IqRoze keep shining always.
