Idk if u remember but there was this sequence in the original Kasautii, where Anurag's some third wife Aparna kills him during Karva Chauth, puts his body in a car and pushes the car off the cliff.

We're all thinking that Anurag is dead...but then suddenly he turns up at places "haunting" Aparna. Turns out he survived and Prerna finds out after some time, initially thinking he's gone. Then he uses this plan of his to get Aparna to reveal the truth.

Now don't ask me how I remember...but this was way too melodramatic and 2000s. But if this writer is inspired by Ekta, she can even include this plan thing, without us knowing there is an actual plan until the very end. That car scene did not look like a reflection, it looked like someone was sitting next to Shahzaib.

Whatever it finally is, to make leads being so stupid after literally mending their relationship for 20 some odd episodes is pathetic. Why could they not come up with something like Shahzaib and Isra sticking together despite all the bullshit, but they have other personal challenges that they overcome because they are in love. Not every couple fight involves families. It could be them wanting different things with life or trying to have a baby but are facing problems.

Content toh tha...beginning ke 10 episodes set the mood perfectly. And even now its not as lousy as a lot of shows, no wonder people are still watching it.

He anyways does roles that are different...Jan-E-Alam, Arham, Sultan, Shah Jahan, Shahzaib, Jasim, Almeer...no similarity even if they are grey.

Looks like he put hell lot of efforts to bring Shahzaib to life but all the channel and production house care about is that an A-List actor is portraying the role and are banking on his popularity.

Shahzaib when he says that dialogue 😭

Isra knows that Nafeesa Aunty is behind all this. But so many episodes have passed she hasn't done anything to find out the truth. She has repeated to Hammad that he is surrounded by enemies. But man elaborate what is happening. When she herself keeps telling he is being misled. Why doesn't she prove her innocence? No, im not saying she should give safai to Shahzaib, but cant she just clear her name in this mess or bring the villain's face out in the open. NO! She doesn't want to do that also. I cant believe this bit at all. Inspite of whatever happened that day, she comes into Sameera's baatein. Isko bahut hi zyada bewakoof dikhaya gaya hai.

Shahzaib's whole character itself has got butchered. In no circumstances could Shahzaib have ever not trusted Isra. And no way in hell could he marry Nimra or even think of doing that. The makers go on and show exactly that. The moment Shahzaib did this, especially the former, that was it, the character was butchered. To the point that it is no way redeemable.

Im really surprised Mahenur Haider actually posted Nimra wedding Bts. Even Aabis Raza. If they had not done it. We would not have had the slightest idea that this track was in the pipeline. I think it was a bad move. Revealed the climax bit.
