Frist amma & second amma sai aged character me acche hai baki sab bakwas hai the less the better about farhad baba . I to always feel farhad ke ghar na jaane ke faishle me unke iss behaviour ka hath hai . He dont want hear looser word all the time

As i earliar said its more for farhad test then mahi knowing .mahi knows farhad is good & genuine person & a loyal one. Its farhad test from god how pure his love is .ki koi khubsurat ladki approch kare would he resist

Yes, that sajal-Farhad scene should be counted as one of the best character developments here. I remember people were mocking Farhad for rejecting her and not accepting Mahi's rejection, but woh kyu karey accept? I mean, he already loves someone else and how would he accept Sajal and he was not in an emotional state to understand any of these, but he still kept himself calm and respect Sajal's dignity and her emotions, how many men would genuinely do that when he himself has been a victim of a much worse rejection?

I agree, it is about Farhad discovering his own worth, his own goodness, which he probably never saw, and even though he did a huge mistake by cursing Mahi, he is not someone who would ever want anyone to suffer, I repeat he is the same man who took a bullet to save someone who was an egoistic master, he never revealed Mahi's name to anyone, not even his best friend, he did not back off from his promise, he could ruin Mahi's wedding and their reputation if he wanted, he just wanted to know why her consent wasn't in his favor and he knew and he left, he put Romana above every judgement, he is that person and still people think Farhad deserves the suffering and needs to be guilty forever I do not know why? The curse was not an intentional one, he himself did not feel anything close to be happy when he realized he cursed and now Mahi is colorless.

Yes that panicking and hadbadi mei ulta pulta boldena, that was so Feroze and how brilliant he was there, he looked innately innocent too, there are certain scenes that Farhad's face just looks very innocent as if he genuinely does not understand the bhed bhav in people. And that is why he asked that, duniya meri mohababt ko bura samajhti hai, issiliye he cannot understand, jiske dil mei bhed bhav nahi hai woh ye samjhega nahi, yehi natural hain.

I swear, I am not defending Farhad abandoning his mom here, but I know one thing, Farhad would go back all depressed and half dead, his father would not understand the mental condition he was in and would mock him that 'parhayi chor ke lakdi ke peeche bhi fail hogaya', he would be taunted for leaving a well paid job, and coming back after being humiliated. I remember in 11th episode his mother dropped the money Farhad had sent and she said 'why cannot you all see that my son is broken, i felt his quietness and he does not sound alright, I do not need this money which made my son sad' and the father was so useless, instead of being worried he said 'the useless creature started earning, so be happy', WTF, how can the father ignore the mother's worries altogether? I have no sympathies for his father, he always treated Farhad like good for nothing, but yes his mother is unhinged and needs Farhad's love, and Farhad has lost it here, he made a wrong choice, but as they say jogi is jogi, they will abandon everything but their suffering.

Yes i too never defend to abandon faimly even i look like flag bearer to critisise feedi for this but i can understand farhad & what impact on him with continues comparision .wo jab ghar bhi tha tab most of the time dosto ke sath bahar hi rahta tha . In childhood & these comparision defo make a impact on him & when he got oppertunity he left .

Even Feroze’s character in Armaan was adorable too, very selfless indeed.

Yes Amma sai ever since she became nice with Mahi she’s behaving saner and wiser, also I think she’ll visit Feedi soon.

Farhad abandoning his mother is very wrong but again the character was never supposed to be pitch perfectly flawless, he’s flawed and for him probably his heart break didn’t let him move on to a better state, hence he chose solitude. Also, since this show isn’t dealing with mental health issues do it’s not the right place but I guess Farhad from episode 17 train fiasco definitely suffered from depression and needed therapy or counseling.

Whatever it’s I still hope some day he’ll meet his mother even if means before his death
