I wish so. but I feel they rushed the initial episodes then will drag the middle, and rush the ending. 🤔

Hey everyone!!!

Finally after searching for a long time I found a place where I could rant,err,give my two cents on the show.😆

Now the concept was pretty clear from the teasers.It deals with a sensitive social issue.I checked the first episode and it was pretty boring except Imran's scenes.Then out of curiosity I watched the second one.Most of it was boring again except Imran's dream sequence where he was romancing Sana.And I felt really bad because they have such a sparkling chemistry but this show is going to waste it all.

I don't understand why can't the writers give a proper love story for once.Most of the dramas nowadays either revolve around social issues or are family dramas.I miss the old dramas.Now what hurts me more than a pair not ending up together is when potential chemistry is wasted due to a weak storyline

I'm mad at the writers.Imran and Sana's pairing could have done wonders had they been given a better storyline.What was the necessity to turn his character into a womanizer?They could have shown him obsessively pursuing her instead because he has feelings for her.Surprisingly his dream was rather cute compared to how twisted the character is in reality.

Again he is the only entertaining element of the show so far but the episodes hardly focus on him.Most of it is devoted to the female lead's family and their drama.Her sis and bro are way too annoying🥱I am not expecting much from this drama but maybe I will catch up if/when there is any progress in it.From the OST/teasers it seemed to go the Khaali Haath way.

Now this is not related to the show but I used to be a huge fan of the show Khaani.Well not of Khaani but of Mir Hadi's character in particular.That character was one of its kind and FK delivered his best in itI have seen youtube comments which compare this drama to Khaani but I don't think so.Hadi was many things but a lusty creep was not one of them.He never attempted to take advantage of Khaani and unlike Shahwaiz,he only had eyes for one woman.

The only common thing between them happens to be that they both fantasize about their objects of attraction😆Now I can't help but compare the dream sequences.IMO Shahwaiz's dream sequence was executed better as compared to Hadi's.Idk why but Hadi's dreams appeared so cheesy at times.Also Sana looks prettier over here in a simple and elegant attire.

Started watching this show aswell... hope it doesnt drag too much.

Haha same! I just forwarded the epis & watched only his scenes so far.

I think they decided to go with the womanizer characterization to contrast with Hadi’s from Khaani because otherwise ppl would argue that both shows are too similar (almost same cast, producer, lead actress..etc).

Sana -Imran’s chemistry is mindblowing! My fav scene so far is their lift scene. I’ve watched it twice. Although it had a dangerous vibe to it, you could still see the sparks & the intensity. I liked it even more than Shahwaiz’s dream sequence.

Omg same! I obsessed with Khaani so hard! Its the first pakistani show that I’ve watched. I loved the initial 13 episodes! Those Hadi -Khaani scenes were oozing chemistry & their background music was soothing. But after those 13 epis, I just watched only Hadis scenes (cuz the rest were too boring). Hadi was such a complex character and Feroze brought his A game. Hadi loved Khaani from his soul , his transitions were very well protrayed from attraction to devotion... whereas here, Shahwaiz its only infatuation; and like I've said before, I think they went the “lusty evilish” route to differ from Hadis. But that being said, I agree with you, I wish Shahwaiz had only eyes for Afreen. Like a total obsessive type of “lover” instead.

By the way, it also annoys me that they made Shahwayz married , and that too with an older lady to insinuate that he married her for the money. In my head he would be the sophisticated suave boss who actually had a buissness sense and built his own empire ..but that he went crazy obsessive when he saw Afreen ; and slowly his obsession became more & more crazy evilish as time went by. In khaani, Hadi’s obsession|love slowly turned Hadi in a better person whereas in Shehwaiz ‘s case, his obsession would slowly make him a devil.

Also, I find it random that a mere employee (forgot his name.. the one who gave Afreen the lift) was gutsy enaugh to be rude with Shawaiz.. like common its your boss! Theres an office decorum to respect after all.

Honestly, I found Sana prettier in Khaani. Here she’s too blunt and kinda look old lol. But yeah I liked Shahwaiz’s dream too. I hope we have many more (pretty sure we will lol). And hahahaa yes Hadi’s dreams were oozing cheezyness lol

Lastly, loved your siggy. Hope you make some more.

Saw the episode and it was B O R I N G.Afreen's insufferable siblings are hogging all the screenspace😵 They get more importance than Afreen and Shahwaiz combined.

Shahwaiz amused me with his hilarious monologues.But his screentime is so limited.Have the writers forgotten that he is one of the main characters?From the precap it seems that there will be less of Imran in the fourth episode as well.

My experience with shows tells me that Afreen will probably end up marrying Shahwaiz's stepson who was mentioned in today's episode 😆

Epi 5:

Another boring episode. No moving in the main story , more focus on Afreen's family.

They've not reached this point yet. It is full of family politics, Afreen's selfinsh siblings, and Shahwez' flirting with maids!

Finally Afreen will be back to office. can't wait to watch Shavez with her.😃
