That's so true. Albeit, GEO series have been enjoyable I don't think GEO believes in having less than 30 episodes for its weeklies. And the shortest daily I have seen from them was Dil-e-Gumshuda which I really enjoyed cause of the fast pace. ARY has started dragging now though. As Hinna said; Damsa and MDMD. Even Mera Dil Mera Dushman was me and my mom's favorite but now it's so slow and seems to have end. Thora Sa Haq crazily dragged too.
I haven't seen a drama that was 20-24 episodes in a long time from any channel. I think that's a rarity now, lol.

I'm not sure if it's revenge or her parents unknowingly marrying her to him not knowing he killed their daughter. Maybe even Madiha won't know up until a certain point, maybe to keep it interesting.

Spoiler alert:
Watched the first episode Tooba and Madiha are sisters whose mother died in an accident that left their father handicapped so being the eldest the burden of the family falls on Tooba and she starts to earn post the accident. She also has a young brother who suffers from a kidney problem so is on regular dialysis so in short their financial condition is not the best.

Tooba is engaged to her cousin but she does not want to marry yet because of her responsibilities and her Aunt also wishes to get her son married to Madiha instead as it’s already been two years to the engagement and Tooba’s family isn’t really moving things forward because Tooba is the bread earner for their family.

Mohib Mirza ( Womanizer) plays the boss of Tooba and Tooba is shown as a strong girl Who stands up to people but to be honest the way she stood up to Mohib Mirza was simply over the top. No girl whose family is dependent on her earning and is shown reluctant to marry because of it would talk to her boss like that she would simply say sorry, pick up her belongings and leave. Because the only thing MM did was accidentally bump into her.

Well to top it all off she again talks to her other boss in a similar manner when asking for an early leave to be honest it felt like unnecessary drama.

Well to summarise her cousin is also having second doubts about marrying Tooba because he saw her with MM and Mohib Mirza is shown as a womanizer who does not want to marry ever.

The story thus far is ok. Acting was decent. Though sometimes I felt Mohib Mirza to be a little too exaggerated in his playboyish ways.

Interesting first episode. So far the pace is good too. I enjoyed this more than Ishqiya...

Madiha's character is a sweetheart. The older sister is kind of rude. Mohib's her boss and is a playboy type character. His parent's have a very unhealthy relationship and it's poisoned him against marriage. Madiha's sister and Mohib have had a confrontational relationship so far, but he thinks he can make her fall in love with him (I think?).

The impression I got is that he may try to 'teach her a lesson' but it'll go horribly wrong and Tooba dies.

And I think he'll present himself as a 'good guy' who wants to help the family but he'll fall in love with Madiha and marry her, even though he's been so anti-marriage.

And he'll be consumed with guilt for what he's done especially because the wife he loves doesn't know but he's the person she curses and would happily murder for revenge.

I was reading an article about it, and basically mohib said that it was about a man dealing with the guilt of something that goes horribly wrong. And they said that it's kind of different from other dramas in that it's based around a male character because usually our dramas are female character oriented.
