If you like us are enjoying watching the drama Khasara then you too must have realized that the heart of the play is Sonia Mishal who plays the selfish yet innocent Sila who is so impressed by money that she for sure will end up ruining her home.
With us loving Sonia in it as well as in O Rangreza, we believe she is an actress who is a great addition in the world of dramas as she completely gets in to the skin of her character which is the reason she stands out the most compared to others. So with us getting to know that Sonia was busy shooting for another play called Lava we got in touch with her to know more about it and this is what she shared with us,
Talking about her character first Sonia said,
"I am playing the character of Zoya who has had a very troubled childhood and because of that she faced many difficulties in relationships with everyone while growing up. Now people might think that I am playing a negative character whereas it is just a matter of a confused personality and misunderstandings."
With Usman Peerzada playing her father who is very worried about the past and what made Zoya so hateful towards him, the drama will also see Atiqa Odho essaying the role of Sonia's Phupho.
Directed by Babar Qayoom and written by Samina Nazir, we are so glad to hear that Junaid Khan will also be part of the cast as Sonia shared,
"Once again I am working with Junaid khan after Khasara who is playing my cousin and I am also working with Asad Siddiqu for the first time."
Talking about the story Sonia added, "It is a very interesting story of how people trust someone out of the blue just to find closure. Junaid khan also sang the OST and it is beautiful, we will be shooting the video as well for it."
Sounding quite exciting with a great cast on board as well, we asked Sonia what more is she planning to do in the coming months to which she said,
"I have always opted to do something different every time so with me it's going to be a rollercoaster ride of emotions. I am reading some movie scripts as well but waiting for the one that clicks right away."
With us looking forward to seeing Sonia on the big screen too someday, at the moment we would like to wish her all the best for Lava which we look forward to watching and reviewing soon!
