Btw I wanted to share this. I come across this gif a lot. I have been literally loving all Asfandyar scenes, Ahad is phenomenal, nothing new there. But there have been a few moments of his acting that have been printed in my mind.

But let me talk about this one as it pops up all the time.

When he told her that he had forgotten how it was to be happy, he let out the pain he had gone through and we know that it is/was not an easy one. But the way he looked at her as she said: "Maine bhi pehli baar yahan age khush rehna sikha." Uff seriously that was so impactful! He could literally see through her. He understood in the same moment that there is someone as fragile as him and maybe even more. He may have only forgotten to smile but she just learned how to. It was as he could feel her pain, like "yeah my friend, I know what hell is like" but only that he doesn't know what kind of pain. He didn't ask her how and why cause he felt and already understood in that exact moment.

Asfand will be Zubiya's only rescue, he will be the only one to heal her. He may have crossed her in the past during an unfortunate incident and even though he scolded her for her behaviour, he still felt for her - he was aware of her helplessness and made sure she was okay in the end.

And that's why I can't wait for him to know everything about her past. It will be such an emotional blast! I'm ready to cry through yet another episode!
