Do girls easily walk around in short sleeves etc in pakistan ?

Things have changed a lot in the past few years. Its a pretty normal thing now for rich people. They even wear sleeveless dresses at weddings.

Also I saw a scene in ep 14... Where adeel makes Mona as His bhabi and saves himself...
BUT
He says to rana:gulerana bibi!! Aj toh ap bhaswane wali thi!
The he pulls her cheeks(i assume) and again says something!
Plzzz could anyone tell me what he said while pulling her cheek...plzz I didn't hear properly...I wanna know what he said to her while pulling her cheeks as that is also what lead her to push him
