Hi Everyone..

I am new to this forum..Never was into Pakistan television dramas..I am normally active in the Bollywood Forum..And that is where I came to know about this particular Tv show called Humsafar..About how brilliant was the story and the the performances of the lead cast..It got me intrigued so much that I downloaded the whole pack of episodes and have been watching it for the past 2 days..

Just finished..And I am overwhelmed..WHAT A SHOW!!! I cant believe it was tv show..it was better than so many good movies..I am life long fan of Mahira Khan now..What a tremendous actress..Such impeccable expressions..effortless acting and My God..She is so pretty..I have developed a girl crush on her seriously..And it does not happen to me much..😳..

Used to hear about this guy called Fawad Khan..and how outstanding an actor he is..Had seen his pictures..used to find him good looking..But was always like.."Aisa kya hi great hoga..television actor hai"😆..I seriously feel like hitting myself now..So embarassed.The guy is a powerhouse performer..I dont have words to explain what I feel about his acting and his talent..I really hope..he is successful in Bollywood now..And I get see him more and more..His shirt .his tie his watch, the way he stands, the way he stares the way he smiles..My god everything acts..And What Chemistry!!..There is not even a hug scene..and even then they had a crackling chemistry..Beautiful..❤️..Sorry about the long rant guys..I just had to vent it out..I am still in that Asher-Khirad world..Cant come out..And may be I dont want to..😳

P.S...I am new to Pak dramas..So please suggest ..which other shows are worth watching..especially Fawad and Mahira's shows..Would look forward to the replies..😊

Yeah this is the power of Humsafar...Our Khisher...!!!

If u want watch some good shows (well Mahira acted in one serial after HS...)
Sher-e-Zaat Its a very strong story ...Abt a girl girl...* i really suggest u to watch dis show

& Fawad Khan hs done soo many good shows...

Thank you so much for the suggestions..I have started watching Zindagi ..and I am loving it..I never had an idea that Pak dramas are this good..Awesome stuff..😊

you are lucky to get to watch it all at once... i remember when i was Humsaferr crazy i used to go insane waiting a whole week... its something so powerful as you said. i loved loved loved its song too...

p.s. nice to hear your review on it. do write about Zindgi Gulzar Once you finish... i am sure you will be following sanam saeed after that too. She is a darling. her acting is equally rather more powerful that Fawad.

Yes I understand wot you and all of them who watched it when it was on air must have felt..to go through the cliffhangers..Especially..the episodes where Khirad was ill- treated..it was killing me to know what happens next.😆.That is how I ended up watching all thi episodes in 2 days..

Welcome to the bandwagon 😃 My situation was exactly like yours abt a year back!
Ikr, I too was so angry at myself for having delayed watching Humsafar even though I had heard abt it so much!

I could tell you abt most of Fawad's shows cuz I have religiously watched those after Humsafar.
Dastaan, Zindagi Gulzar Hai: You just cannot afford to miss them. I can't choose a favorite among Humsafar and these two. Each is in a class of its own. And dramas like Dastaan don't happen very often. It's EPIC.
Kuch Pyaar Ka Pagalpan: The creatives messed up this drama, but I like Fawad's character "Mujtaba"... its a very hatke character, and very relatable.
Akbari Ashgari: You won't believe it's Fawad here. Such an ulta and fun character of Ashgar. Very punjabi and total pagla types 😆 The drama wasn't exceptionally good, but I had fun!
Ashk, Numm: Don't watch. They wasted his talent and time here 🥱

Also, I'd ask you to watch "Khuda aur Mohabbat" and "Maat" too. They don't have Fawad and Mahira, but they're you-shouldn't-miss types.
That's it. Am still catching up you know 😊
