Who would've thought we'd have Zardari as President & Nawaz as our PM. One thing I've concluded is that it's the rural vote that make or break elections, there is a huge polarised difference in Urban and Rural politics. They both require an inversely different tactical approach. The rural mindset is separate, with different concerns IMO. They're not interested in drones or state level corruption but more interested in agro policies, water distribution, social security etc.

I hope He learns from his mistake fast...cover up their weak points
But I also think will Punjabis and Mahajir ever vote for him...It is a known fact that ethnicity has taken its root in Pakistan especially amongst the not so educated
Even after IK does well in KPK will they accept him and give mandate like PML N and MQM got ??
Pakistan has lost and all these ethnicities have won

as a politician IK commmited many mistakes nd his biggest minus point is he doesn't listen to any one ..his wrong selection of candidates effected the result too .. but hez a sensible man i hope he learns from the blunders nd weak points !! i hope he'll establish his self as a politician

now when PTI got the majority in KPK but didn't clean sweep ..here comes another thing which IK never wanted to do .. we need 63 seats to make complete govt. but ik has 34 seats i guess nd other parties won rest seats so no one cant form a complete govt all alone ..now he has to join hands with either jmaet-e-islami or ANP or PMLN or PPP or independent candidates to make makhlot(partial) govt . nd i hope he accepts the fact that itahd with other parties is necessary nd he plans some thing ASAP ,coz already all other parties except PTI are thinking of joining hands together nd to make a makhlot govt. under PMLN!

Ok lets say IK did make mistakes. But do you really believe he can win after 5 years if this happens all over again??

Y are ppl so corrupted in pakistan, have they no shame! Im not saying it's impossible to win, but i hope the election can be fair and free, and an action wud be taken against those idiots.

I don't believe in this crap, it's improssible. Do they really think we believe tht voting was fair and square.

i totally agree man ..thats y ik was begging for fair elections ..if we had fair elections the game would have been different now ..i'll not say we would have been the winner coz people litrly voted like crazy for nawaz but we would had gotten more seats in punjab and in karachi most importantly..

this nation is corrupt over all ..the people who voted for ik tried their level best to bring a change but i guess we are not a nation from any angle!

The worst thing about these elections was that now everyone is acting so divided. I have heard people abusing Punjabis, Sindhis coz they didn't vote for PTI. And yesterday the same people were saying Imran Khan united us all. Naya Pakistan this and that. And now that he lost so all the unity is gone? If he didn't win that doesn't mean people start fighting with each other and start saying "Punjabis ki fault thi" this and that.

And PTI still managed to take so many seats as it was their first time. I think PMLN ko people voted coz the candidates were strong in their areas and PTI has new candidates. Now the jaahil awam Pakistan doesn't even have Media, Facebook and internet. All the hype for PTI was on media and facebook.

And Jaahil people voted for whoever they felt was right. If PTI had done jalsas in poor areas then they might have had the chances to win. I guess the key to winning jn Pakistan is to win the hearts of the Rural people. Only educated were supporting PTI which wasn't enough.

i agree his approach to rural areas was very weak ..he didn't even try to approach those people .. most of the sensible nn educated people nd youth voted for him but nawaz league spread every where all rural people ,old people, nd rest educated people nd youth of course voted for PMLN ..their win was already clear but no one expected PTI to loose with this much huge margin!

Exactly the problem isn't tht PTI/IK didn't win, i don't believe tht is the only reason y ppl are complaining. But the major problem is and will remain in the future is rigging. NO actions is taken against them, ullu ki tarha police bhi dekh rahi hoti hai.

And i agree IK/PTI made evn the lazy ones stand in the heat, they tried their best.
